E	Eric McIntosh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non-working appliances, awful customer service, and an ongoing $840 problem. STAY AWAY from these guys!!! I bought a used fridge from the for my garage in July - I was told the water didn’t work - no problem. I get it home, the lights in the fridge don’t work nor does the panel to adjust the temperature. 10C during the summer for a fridge is no good. I call and call and they have all kind of excuses. They agree to swap the fridge for another used fridge. I agree to this solution. I wait ~2 months for the replacement fridge - which was no big deal as I made accommodations in the meantime. The freezer of the replacement fridge stops keeping cold within days. I have a ruined freezer full of food and a non-working freezer. I ordered a brand new fridge from a big box store the next day. I told them I wanted my money back and they could have the replacement fridge. They offered me $340 in store credit; I declined their offer and asked again for a full refund given I was sold two non-working fridges. I planned for a filing of complaint with the Business Enforcement unit of the Consumer Protection group of Alberta. I also told them I would be filing a civil suit in small claims court for a full refund plus the costs of my lost freezer food and my lost time. They finally agreed to a partial refund (~85% they did haul away my old fridge). They picked up the second non functioning fridge and did send me the refund as agreed. I will not do business with them again. Our relationship is now over to mutual satisfaction.
C	Carla Cavanagh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove 1.5 hours specifically for this store and it didnt disappont. We were in and out in a faster than anticipated time frame. We got exactly what we wanted for a better price than expected. Because we were from our of town we didn't take advantage of delivery but they wrapped our washer and dryer and helped us load and secure it. I appreciate getting warrenty on a used item. Will definitely be back

One of the items I bought u could barely see the dents and the other had a small dent brand new appliances and price was very fair. Had a great chat with Isha. Will definelty do business with them in the future.

Was promised that it will be replaced before the fridge is delivered. The delivery was first cancelled on the day it was supposed to be delivered. The fridge finally got delivered one day later and nothing had been replaced as promised. I was then told that a new basket has been shipped and will be delivered in a week. It has been 3 weeks now and the basket has still not arrived. They have also now stopped responding to my calls and messages. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone !!!!

The communication was quite poor when it came to delivery times, they would tell us last minute that the delivery couldn't come, we ordered a new dishwasher but only received a refurbished one, only to be told that if I wanted a new one, I would have to pay extra. Overall the appliances seem to be good at the moment but the service and communication can improve.
A	Andrew Crossman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place through Facebook Marketplace and was immediately intrigued by their pricing and general availability of what I was searching for, a washer and dryer set. Would’ve been 5 stars but my initial washer ended up not working when I got it home. But they were amazing and did their best to service it and when a chip issue revealed itself they replaced it immediately with a model that is comparable.
