We ordered a sectional back in September and we were told it would arrive by the end of December. Here we are, the first week of April, still with no sectional. Each time we have called to follow up, we’ve been told it will arrive “next month”. When we purchased the couch, never were we told that the couch would take this long to arrive. We are going on 8 months since ordering and Leon’s has been LESS than helpful to say the least. The attitudes of the employees and lack of customer service skills is extremely disappointing. We have been told each time we have followed up that we can come back to the store for a refund. How does this resolve anything at all other than leaving your customers dissatisfied? And then you expect us to come back and continue to support your business? Never will we purchase furniture from Leon’s again. Exercising proper customer service skills can help dissolve these types of situations. It’s sad your employees lack even the basics. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Overall a great experience. Our sales man was named Randy B. Randy was great, patient and very professional person to work with. Though it was really hard to get exactly what we wanted due to covid shipping delays, Randy was honest and had provided us the knowledge we needed to make the right decisions for our budget. I recommend talking with Randy on your next visit to Leon's furniture in Whitby. Thanks guys

I had an amazing experience with the salesperson Anna. She was so helpful, friendly and most importantly knew everything about the products. She helped me with rooms I had no idea what I was doing with, like having my own personal home designer. I did not expect such amazing service and will definitely go back to her if I need more. Thanks Anna! You are truly amazing.

I purchased a couch from her back in October, spent over $3000 on it. The couch itself and the delivery was great but when we had an issue in December with the couch a tech came out and deemed it could not be fixed and they'll send us a replacement. I got a phone call the couch was discounted and we would have to come in and pick a new one. I was a little annoyed now but not the stores fault so I went in.... This is when it got horrible. I couldn't find a couch I liked, nothing compared to the one I had bought in style or price. I wanted a high end electronic couch but they had only lower quality manual recliners at the time. I informed the customer service of this and that I will just come back in a few months to check again when they have new stock. I was told no. I either had to pick a new couch today or lose my exchange and be stuck with the broken couch. A couch I bought a year warranty on. I was informed once I claim it as broken it must be exchanged within 30 day regardless of purchasing a year warranty. Why can I not return it within the year? I ask the service manager why I couldn't just keep the damaged couch till I can find a replacement I liked in the store and she replied "why would you want to keep a broken couch, just pick a new one already" she was also unable to show us anywhere in their policy that you only have 30 days to exchange I was left with being forced to buy a couch I didn't want or lose my money? This is WRONG. I refused to leave and spoke with multiple people until they agreed to give us our money back but they had to take the couch away that week. So here I am, after hours of staying in the store with no couch but thankfully my money back. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

I had an amazing experience at Whitby Leon's and with the Sales Associate Martin K. I went in to buy a new bed for my son. After dealing with Martin, I am definitely going back this week to buy a new couch and recliner from him. I always look for good service when I shop, and unfortunately that seems hard to find lately at other furniture retailers. Overall, I was very impressed with Martin. He was not pushy, very educated on his products and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Martin, you will definitely be seeing and my family again this week.

The showroom is nice and has a good selection. We bought a bed and mattress set. It was supposed to take 12 weeks for delivery, which we thought was quite a long time, but it came in 9 weeks. There was an issue where we weren’t provided information about the box spring which resulted in the wrong box spring being purchased. They helped correct the issue. Randy B was our agent and he was very good. We liked dealing with him. We’ll definitely think of using This Leon’s for our next purchase.

Sales (5 star): Excellent customer service provided by Kevin. We will certainly refer to our relatives and friends! Also, we love Leon’s collection. Product quality & delivery (I would give 0 star): Sorry for giving the negative review. The delivery team delivered 2 nightstands and dresser. They didn't open the box and check the products. Also, when I asked them to leave product on the first floor, they denied to do so. Secondly, both the nightstands were damaged when we unboxed them. See attached pics. Also, the quality of products were the worst (it's not what we saw in the showroom). We decided not to open dresser's box as 2 out 3 items came damaged. It's waste of time and money. Lastly, there is no email for the customer service. I would like to discuss this matter with the higher management ASAP. Thanks
