★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given them zero stars if I could. Staff was extremely rude and and talk down to me. Honestly take your bussniess else wear this place makes there money by screwing over tenants and selling there stuff. Can believe this place is in bussniess. Management bwas terrible wouldn't even let me speak to someone else. 10/10 would not recommend to even my worse enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a storage unit here for three months and could not have been happier with the unit and service provided.
The workers are all very friendly and helpful. From the moment you walk in, you are treated as their number one priority. From Emma who gave us the grand tour and was always happy to help us when we were in. To Tonya who made our unloading experience as seamless as possible.
The storage aspect was also pretty awesome. 24/7 access with a phone app to the building, enter and exit, making the place secure after hours. Your storage unit door was controlled by the same app, so you never had to bring a key for a lock. The temperature was always well maintained, so all of your valuables were not baking away in the heat. There’s a reason why these units are booked out so fast and the price premium you pay, was pretty much negligible.
If you are on the fence about getting a unit here, do not hesitate for one moment. It is so convenient that it is worthwhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facility is nice, overpriced as expected with being new and a franchise, they are horrible at recording payments, 2 times in 5 mths they either send emails you didn't pay WHEN you did because it wasn't applied to your unit and again made an early payment just for them to take out another one within 2 days! This creates a HUGE hassle. They need to either train these people properly/ again or delegate the job to someone who has a clue. I was first given a unit with a pole directly in the middle? Then offered a different unit close by, but of course it cost 15 more a month , instwad of offering at same price for a minimally larger unit, like 5" larger ?? So if you want to over pay or pay extra go ahead and grab storage here, just glad my stay was short and temp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service! Charged us even after we’re done using their services and when we asked for a refund, they had us go round and round and round… it never ends!!! Not even caring about jotting down our info to give us an update - they would dodge your call as much as they can. It was not the first we had this problem with them- the 1st few months they kept bugging us for payment even though we were set up automatic payment with them. And now that we’re finally done with them they’re still charging us??? WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM DYMON?? SERIOUSLY. WORST SERVICE EVER. The nightmare never stops. We just don’t want anything to do with you ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tore down the Five Points Mall with promises of an "Open Air Shopping Center" to replace it. Instead they put yet another storage facility. What a shame. RIP Five Points Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, high tech and well organized facility. Parker was the concierge whom I dealt with. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly yet professional and very enthusiastic when helping me throughout the process. He gave an informative tour, offered me the right options to choose from, and arranged my lease contract.
The girl who was at the front (I couldn't take her name down) was very friendly and helpful as well. She made sure whether everything was going perfect with me and documenting etc.
I received an excellent customer service at this location!!! The whole process went very smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Dymon Oshawa for anyone who is in need of storage solutions, long or short term.
