Second time it will be done in 30-40 minutes .It took an hour I didn't wait, went shopping and had lunch. Please just tell us the truth It will take an hour , Honesty is better.

It was my first time in the store and I will tell my whole family about it! Thanks girls for an amazing first impression and a great laugh during a difficult time!!

The 4 girls working were extremely rude and not welcoming at all. Not to mention they totally ripped me off. The management is horrible and there employees are not kind people.

Footwear for all sizes and weather. A great selection of handbags and accessories. Some beauty supplies and custom made masks were on display today. I purchased an entire fall wardrobe for my daughter today from the 90% off clearance rack and paid under $20.00. They will buy your gently used mens and women's clothing and accessories as well, apply the credit to your bill and take advantage of the great prices.
K	Keyah G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove all the way from borderline mississauga/Toronto to visit this location and was turned away because they only accept clothes to be in plastic bins. I was not aware that they are franchised and have different policies otherwise I would've came prepared. I wasted my gas, time and energy and their sales associates didn't care at all. Gas is soooo expensive and I've been a customer of theirs for years. Very disappointed that they couldn't make an exception considering I came from so far.

Steve Madden leather boots bought six months ago and said they were old. Really worn one and old. Brand new Aldo shoes same thing. Calvin Klein dress with tags didn’t take. I walked around store and my stuff was much nicer and more expensive than what they had. And it smelled like value village. So I will now donate to a woman’s shelter because my experience is these 20 year olds making minimum wage don’t know what they are doing. Because high end clothes don’t suit them they say no and give it back. They are clueless what is nice and worth it and what’s not. I’m guessing they liked the lulu lemon cause of their age if they had an older person working which they didn’t it would have made a difference. How do u run a store with all 20 somethings. And like I said the racks were comparable to value village nothing at all nice Thank you for clarifying your clientele and demographics. Perhaps your staff could tell new customers that rather than saying your stuff is old when it clearly wasn’t and stained which I can assure u it wasn’t. If she said to me we probably wouldn’t have clientele to buy the Calvin Klein dress I’d get it. Instead they came across like they were young and not sure what they were doing. So I do appreciate your answer and explaining the process better to me

But don’t sell your clothes here.. they’re tried to give me $2 for a pair of $150 Levi jeans. I bought a pair of pants that didn’t fit and when I went to resell them they wanted to give me $5 even though I bought them for $40 a week prior at PC.. therefore they should be $40 seeing as I didn’t wear them, but I was offered only $5. Should have been closer to $10-$15. Sell your name brand clothes online and bring anything that doesn’t sell here. You’ll make way more that way

Plato’s bought 9 articles of clothing from me and I got paid $44 which I’m really happy with! I typically donate my clothes, which I will still be doing, but Plato’s is a great option to make a bit of cash on the items that are worth selling :)
