My mother (Naureen) has been shopping at Laura for a longtime ! Her customer experience with Heather has always been amazing but today unfortunately, was not the same. She went into the store at around 1:00pm and she needed to exchange some clothes that she had bought a week ago from the South Common Laura. One of the sales associate in the store at that time who seemed to be another manager behaved disrespectfully and was extremely loud during the conversation. It has never been a problem before but today the sales associate refused to take the clothes for exchange saying that it has to be exchanged at the south common store, along with asking ridiculous questions like, "why would you shop at south common if you're house is near here" and saying that the store complains if i take too many returns (keep in mind this is not the customers problem, if it is a policy it should be done or they should be told about the new policy in a respectful way). These were irrelevant questions and a very rude way to deal with your customers who have been coming in for a longtime !!!

I'm old but don't like to dress old. Styles were very old lady ish in my opinion and the.prices were absurd !!!

Extremely disappointed with Laura's WEM customer service. Went to return a coat purchased online yesterday and got a major pushback that I only qualified for an exchange. I asked for a gift card to refund the amount so I can buy what I like as the store had limited inventory. Got another pushback. I want to keep my job, the sales person said and I have to follow my manager orders. Anyway, I had then to purchase an item that I neither needed or wanted. I have been long time customer of Laura's but that changed yesterday with this abrupt and unflexible customer service. To add: every time I come to any Laura's location it is empty: there are no customers. Interesting coincidence combined with a harsh refund policy.

I purchased an item from the Melanie Lyne/Laura website on April 22. Up to date I got no response whether my item was shipped or the order was cancelled. I also noticed DAILY pending charges on my visa for this order, from this retailer. First the put the charge through then they reverse it. I have over 6 charges on my visa now. I contacted Laura's customer service by phone, email 3 days ago and so far got no response and still have the pending charges posted on my visa. Please address this issue immediately! This is the most poor unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered! Please contact me and address this issue immeidately!

I wouldn’t to the store to buy a birthday present and as a typical male not knowing what to buy I had the sizes ,colours and everything right down to the styles. After dealing with the person in the store as long as I did I finally said to her I don’t think the store has what I’m looking at and then she says each store has different inventory so you need to go and see the different stores and she end up sending me way across town to another store and it was at the end of the day . Regardless the birthday present was magnificent and everyone was happy
