★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One girl running the shipping and copy center. Lineup of 6 people waiting. 4 guys standing around talking and doing nothing else at the IT Service counter. Not one of them moved to offer to help her out. Just kept talking and left customers to wait. I had to go over to the IT counter and ask if they saw a problem with this picture. Unreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only Staples location that I will never go back to. Two customer service guys were more interested in socializing with co-workers, rather than helping customers. And low or no stock. The only good thing was the cashier, who assisted me, and was friendly and knowledgeable.

The white guy over there just declined to show anything to me personally but he was very nice with white people. He just behaved like a racist and I recommend to everyone not to visit over here. I have never experienced like this whole situation I feel really bad from his behaviour. Very worsening customer service. ????????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I appreciate that I can order online and make contactless pickup at my convenience. It is also convenient from where I live. There website is not easy to navigate. They have also lost my orders. But staff is usually pleasant and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going to give Staples any of your hard earned money, please shop at a different Staples. The manager here will not honour anything and will go against what his staff recommended. Customer service beyond the sale is not a concern. Disrespectful & making the customer feel small and ignorant will be the result. Please shop elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Self copy centre was straightforward... I had a thumb drive file to print, and the instructions were ready to follow. Not to say mistakes could be made... Color vs B&W, 2 sided, size of paper, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to staff the Copy/Print of this store area better. I went in with a box of shredding. One staff was stuck a serving a customer who had some issue choosing a Purolator envelope. There was another staff behind the counter but was not offering to serve customers. There was a customer on a computer trying to obtain help to scan something, and others waiting. There was 3 staff milling around at the front checkout area as well. The copy centre area was the busiest area of the store, yet the worst staffed! We left and took our shredding to the UPS store where we were served promptly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. One of their techs came to my home to install my cheap printer which had already died. He took me to the store where one of the sales guys fixed me up with everything I needed, then took me back home and got me set up. He definitely went above and beyond customer service.
