Very poor customer service, bad language barriers and the assistant manager was the most unpleasant out of all. I left my temporary card at home which is about 45 minutes away, I was waiting on my new debit card to come via mail. I needed cash out of my account so I went into the branch and β€œSumeet Sidhu” a representative issued me on her own regard a new temporary card, without my consent or knowledge, she also did not give me my new temporary card. Thus making my card I did actually end up receiving in the mail - null and unable to use and me having to wait another 10-14 days to receive yet another proper debit card. The assistant manager Dora Keith was quick to defend her employee, not acknowledging my concerns and was just flat out awful to deal with, especially in this situation. Stating that whoever made the mistake, it didn’t matter to her or the branch and that my concerns aren’t heard. Dora was extremely unprofessional and her employee Sumeet was in the wrong and what she did was unacceptable. Acknowledgement at the very least was all I expected as I know β€œthey’re humans who make mistakes” however that wasn’t even the case. I am now looking into switching banks to avoid these situations & employees like Dora in the future.

Great service experiences with Nicole at this bank location. Very friendly and cooperative. Did what was requested/required and was a delight to talk to. Kudos!

Dont even deserve one star but i cant write review without star. Honestly should have seen reviews before going here. No wonder why rbc is 2.1 and TD is 3.5 in meadows lol. Had an appointment with sadaf or whatever. wasn’t here today so i was offered to helped by another person which is ridiculous. If I went wanted to get money out from my account and send a friend They wouldn’t take my card from my friends wouldn’t they? Just like that I wouldn’t take help to open acc from another person. Girl at the counter was very happy with customer before her speaking in their language but she made bad face to me as soon as she saw me. Never book appointment with sadaf lol they r gonna betray by canceling at last minute. If u do happen to get sadaf u cancel first.

Not a good Branch! Updated review* still horrible and greatly incompetent. They have an excuse for why everything takes longer than it should meanwhile other branches are doing the same activities in minutes not days or weeks like this location. Apparently it was going to take more than 17 days for a line or credit app here after waiting 4 days for an appointment. Not only was I misinformed about the required documentation but they also partially rushed me out asking me to send things from home to their email. I walked out and drove across town to a different location, finished an application on the spot and will get an answer in 3 days. Literally took 5 minutes from walking in. What is wrong with the tamarack branch? These employees either don’t care or are untrained. Why can other branches do what you claim you can’t? Avoid the Tamarack branch like the plague. You will not accomplish a single thing.

Went to deposit cash through their atm machine and the machine suddenly got jammed and took my money. Hoping the tellers could help me because they were there when it happened. Nadaf called next day informing me she will call me back and 2 days have passed the person did not call me back and never replied to my email. It seems that they have forgotten about my case and felt unimportant even if I have informed her that it's for emergency. Now I have to call customer service to find other route to get help. A call or email will be more appreciated than clueless.

I didn't have a great experience. Firstly, they sent my new credit card to the wrong location and couldn't send it back to my home branch. I then ended up waiting an hour while the teller was on hold with the other location only to tell me afterward that that account was suspended. They then bombarded me with questions and asked me to show some ID which was acceptable. However, they wanted a physical copy of a passport or phone bill which took it off the edge especially when I could supply a digital copy. Not only was going to this branch a waste of time, but they also couldn't do anything for me.
