Unfriendly service, specifically from the blonde woman who works there. Not a place where they will go above and beyond for their clients, very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Told them to cancel my insurance in February cause my tra emission was blown and they still kept charging me up to today now im negative 900 in my account cause they won't let me pay the 500 or something I owed now it's 1100 even tho I canceled it months ago lol get ur stuff together seriously I will be looking for a refund to you took

I walked into this branch only to pay off a car loan o had. There was no customers there when I walked in. So I approached the wicked to start my transaction. Upon inquiring I was told she wouldn't see the total amount and that I would need to call head office to find the amount. So I called, as i was waiting on hold the teller asked if she can help the next customer. Being polite I said ofcourse and moved aside. There was an older gentleman (use this word loosly) that was staring at me as if I was a threat to him. Very strange and disturbing. I finally had enough and asked "can I help you?" He said don't listen to my transaction". I was not listening to his petty transactions. I then had to wait for 35 minutes while the teller served this old guy. The whole time she is apologising to the old man and said nothing to me. It was a very awkward situation. I own 4 houses around this bank as well as I am an analyst for a financial institution. I was treated like a second class citizen because of the color of my skin to make a long story short. I wouldn't go back. Welcome to 2018.

Horrible experience. I went there during regular business hours. Greeted by an unfriendly employee at the door who proceeded to interrogate me asking what I was doing there. This is before the door even opened. I held up my credit card statement from Desjardins Visa and said I wanted to pay it. I was asked if i had an account there and I said no. She then said I had to go to my own bank to pay it. Very rude and horrible customer service. I wished I could given a zero because thats the way I was treated.

One star is too much for the service provided in this office. Is like your time has no value. Easy to put your money in extremely difficult to take it out. Not happy at all. I do not recommend this place for your desjardins transactions

Great Ladies, been dealing with these ladies for about 30 years ( since it was National bank). They have always been great to deal with bending over backwards to please. I now drive about 50 Km to deal with them. Has anyone dealt with a bank lately? all the bank wants to do is charge you gross fees and bad service

A meeting was set up about a LOC at this location with staff F.N. I was told to bring in supporting documents including assets,liabilities, etc.. which I had brought and was agreeable to a credit bureau check upon examining my documents. Within 10 minutes of the meeting the only information she had about me was based on physical looks. No due diligence was completed, employee did not look at any of my documents, did not do any asset/liability calculations, did not complete any work to find out my TDSR (total debt service ratios) or GDR (Gross Debt Ratios) and she instantly says, " I'm unable to give a LOC and can provide a personal loan." Once she was called out on not completing any due diligence, she speaks to the manager on the phone in French, while I am present hearing and watching. Employee goes on to state they can provide a LOC ( i'm assuming at this time with completing due diligence). Many Red flags - A) No ATTEMPT of due diligence was completed yet LOC was denied. B) Professional business yet speaking a different language about my request/case while I am still there. C) When Called out on lack of due diligence, and flip-flop on approval/rejection of Line of Credit, Employee claims the situation is suspicious then back tracks ( I was potential new client). Needless to say this employee did not attempt to look over my documents prior to rejecting my request, and the only information available to her were physical looks, and identifying information. Normally when one sees a review they doubt it, but seeing a number of reviews describing a similar lack of professionalism, respect and service from a bank says a lot about the organization, and this particular location. However, management spoke to to the team about the lack of professionalism, and directly to this employee. Hopefully more equity training moving forward. Had a good experience while discussing the incident with him however, as he was engaging, actively listening and attentive. Surreal this sort of behavior is displayed from a bank, who one is supposed to wholeheartedly trust. Not recommended at all
