★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will touch the till & money and not change their gloves to make your food after. VERY UNSANITARY AND DIRTY. Do not eat here. I cant believe people dont change their gloves when making food by hand. They probably dont even wash their vegetables. Management needs to do something about this. Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality compared to the sherwood park location is night and day. I am very disappointed with the quality and lack of care from this place. There was no sauce and the fries given to me was half full with crumbs that looked like the last batch before a fresh one. This has happened to me for a couple of times now and I had no problems with any other location. For the price you pay you should at least get the same quality and care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there yesterday evening for the first time. The girl who was making my order was very helpful and food was really awesome. Not only the food, they were greeting every customer. Would definitely recommend that place. Very cooperative staff.

Owner has really gotten cheap and with more primetimes popping up he is more interested in turning it into a low quality franchise rather than maintain quality for the customers that made them. Looking through these reviews I see someone inquire about the massive price hikes and all you can talk about is COVID and freight? What a ridiculous excuse, every other donair shop keeps it genuine and within an acceptable price range. The food quality has gone down so it does not even justify the price hikes. They purposely give you less sweet sauce so you have to pay extra for more, everytime you ask an employee for more sweet sauce they act like you just asked to have a fight with them, the fries they use for the poutines are also frozen, seriously? This is your signature dish and you can't even be bothered to get fresh potatoes for customers? Majority of the food here is frozen to keep costs at a bare minimum for more profits while your health is sacrificed in the process, similar to McDonalds and other fast food franchises that do not care about your health. If you want better quality go down the road to BD Donair & Poutine (they won't start a fight if you ask for more sweet sauce), I made the switch and don't even waste my time anymore at primetime, better quality, service, and prices. Taking a random visit to primedonalds and seeing how bad it is just forced me to write this review and also reminded me why I stopped going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered chicken ceaser salad no. 9 spicy with veggies on side. I paid like 24 Dollars including tip at Doordash. The order I got was one plate all mixed up. Tasteless. Not the place it used to. I tried to help local business, but seriously. Provide some good food for that money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donair poutine can't go wrong with that. level 6 with sweet sauce, Omg I can't get enough well done! It's not just the food, they greet you upon entering the store. restaurant is clean and presentable. There's a reason why there expanding!
