S	Sara Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and good sandwich artists. Friendly staff, and good food. Never have everything that is on menu though. The newest items on the menu seem to be the sriracha chicken or tuna subs; yet they have no sriracha sauce... unsure how they would make this.

How can you keep unprofessional employees. And when ever your making different footlong change your gloves …manager should train about cross contamination ….
G	Google Life on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experience on Dec 10 2021. Went to buy sub with my 11 year old son. He ordered his sub. Girl named (RAMAN) that's what she told me she couldn't understand what my son was trying to order. Anyway After making the sub She asked my son do you want anything else on the sub. He said yes I would like some shredded cheese on top please. At that point she got mad. And I asked her why did you get mad on a kid. I decided not to buy the sub and leave. On our way out she said you guys get out of the store. I think store owner or manager should put some more time in to better train this type of employee Especially RAMAN. I went to this store many times before and never experienced this type of behaviour other employees talk nicely and always willing to help. But this Raman named lady knows zero about customer service.

No one picked up the phone. Such a bad behaviour and bad service. Useless employees. Owner isn't taking care of his business.

I went there around 9:35 to order but there was a line-up.Then after 10 minutes it was my turn to order. Firstly, I asked her if online coupons are valid in store or not. She replied it’s her choice whether she wants to accept order or not. I mean what kind of answer is that. Then She refuses to take my order as i had 6 sandwiches. She said in the most rude tone that we are closing soon. Although there was still 15 minutes to close. The young girl with braided ponytail was super rude and disrespectful. Very bad customer service. Try to deal better with customers it’s not hard. Never going to order from here such poor service. Below average subway.
B	Baka Universe (Baka) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't have ham, which is fine but then the girl tried to get me to get another sub and I said no I want a subway club. She asked if I wanted any more meat, a subway club has always come with turkey, ham and roast beef when I order. So I told her roast beef after she kept ignoring me. I asked for bacon as well multiple times and she didn't listen. Now to the Veggie side. The one container of lettuce was all brown and disgusting. I hope no one gets that lettuce. And then at the end she charged for for a completely different sub. Worst experience I've ever had at a subway. My first time there and my last time. Don't eat here..
