Ordered tacos, a burrito and chips with quezon dip. She literally put the taco containers in the bag upside down so everything fell out. The chips were all crushed up and not even dippable and the burrito was missing the chicken. We definitely won’t be visiting this location again as it was a huge disappointment.

I went there two weeks ago and had to tell the gentleman to make me a new bowl in a nonchalant way because he coughed in it. Extremely, unsanitary. Then I went today. Bought a salad and got a quesadilla for my son. Upon opening the package for the quesadilla I noticed it looked extremely sloppy. The cheese was not even melted and it wasn't folded properly. . Also I took the first bite and got a mouthful of crunchy Rock textured something rather. So I threw the entire thing out. Thank God it's the weekend and the quesadilla was free. But nonetheless less it was inedible. Then I went for my salad. I asked for only kale. But then there is bits and pieces of other types of lettuce in there. Avocado was so overripe as soon as my fourts touched it, It squashed like It was rotten. . The tomatoes were chopped so small they might as well been salsa. This makes me so sad because I absolutely love freshii. Makes me sad really sad.
H	Holly L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by around 4 pm. Ingredients were all old looking. Tomatoes wilted, hard boiled eggs shrivelled. I ordered a fiesta salad without chicken which is ten dollars so I expect the avocado to not be brown like pictured. I love freshii I just find this location isn't very good. West Ed I had a good experience, ingredients fresh and they weren't cheap with them.

I have complained to the store directly and their head office - no one seems to care (they offered me $10 towards another meal) - the portion sizes at this location vs every other freshii is laughable. If you want to spend $10 on a 2/3 empty bowl with no protein, this is the place for you - the attached photo is of my buddha's satay with rice noodles.

My business team and I went back into this location of Freshii for a nice healthy lunch and for me to do another review! Was pleasantly surprised with our whole experience! The only reason I gave a lower rating from my first time going into this Freshii was because of the customer service I had received that day. You can tell this restaurant franchise takes their customers serious and I am so glad that they do when it comes to feedback. It makes me the customer, feel like the feedback and comments are actually noted and addressed rather than 99% of other franchises where literally nothing happens when told something in terms of room for improvements or reviews etc. My team and I ordered the exact same thing we got last time which was the chicken teriyaki bowl along with my favourite energy balls and I must say the food was the same great quality with the freshest of ingredients. I enjoy the food so much here because it taste and feels healthy when your done eating it all, instead of feeling super full and unhealthy like when eating at a lot of other restaurants establishments. Big shout out to the worker Dorian for providing us with very pleasant and warm customer service! I am very glad to have been invited to amazing food and better customer service than my first time! Will be coming back in the future for sure, thanks!

Even before the pandemic I don't think sneezing without covering your nose was acceptable, especially around food...

No understanding that if there's no one in the store or even in the huge parking lot.. And you can maintain social distancing and you don't have to have a muzzle on... Must be doing great if they can chase away the only customer around.. Masks are for sick people and people who don't have a clear understanding of science..
