★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Dirty kitchen. The lady who was working there intentionally put very less portion on the burrito. Half of the scoops. Look at the pictures this is the grill they use to grill the burrito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order a kids meal the lady working was trying to rush what I was ordering (nobody was in the restaurant). She pulls down her mask as I walk in starts my order doesn't change her gloves when she touched her mask first I walked out as fast as I walked in that's poor food handling I tell her ummm no thanks tell her my reasoning she's like I just changed my gloves before your arrival but I can change them again ..um excuse me what ... that's nasty no thanks I will take my business elese where !!!@

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pavneet made my regular sized burrito was really big and stuffed full. Service was quick and it was a pleasant experience. Flavour was as expected (yummy) and on par with other Mucho Burrito locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food tastes great because it's mucho burrito but the customer service is really poor. The lady working here is rude and intentionally prepare smaller than usual burritos as comparison to other locations like she will save millions by cheaping out like that. They never have any promotional plans available at this location like they have at other locations. They don't even wear masks while preparing food.

The burritos were not toasted properly making the tortillas very sticky and uncooked
There was also barely any meat given on the proportions.
Very disappointed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ paid $13.40 for this LOL , there’s barely anything in this. the rice was cold , she gave me 2 peppers & 2 onions barely a scoop of meat. first & last time here , i recommend bar burrito over this or even tim hortons new bowls & least the price to portion ration is reasonable
