I have been to this location several times simply because it is close to home.
The portions for a bowl of Pho are good; however, the soup broth has been questionable over several visits. In my most recent experience I felt like the broth was a bit light, almost tasteless, while during another experience my soup was actually quite bland tasting.
The restaurant is nicely updated, better than some of the older family pho restaurants. The restaurant was clean overall, but I did not like their dishware and utensils (cheap, plastic, and overused). They appeared somewhat stained from being overused.
For me, this place is okay if you're needing a quick Pho fix, but this definitely wouldn't be my first pick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there so many times and first time doing take out. Nasty. Last time we ever go there again. Meat is not cooked big chunk of fat in it. Gross !!! Use to be good now they dont care at all !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is VERY cheap. I barely got any rice and barely enough broth for the soup I ordered. I asked for extra hoisin and hot sauce, I only got 1 of each total. This customer service is not worth it for the price you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Pho place in Edmonton hands down, not to mention the green onion cakes! Yum! And we always get an exceptional service. Ricky is the one that knows our order already when we get there. Makes us feel so comfortable, not just like any clients. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate writing reviews but here we are. this restaurant has lost my business. Everytime I order pho to take home I always ask for no onion. They make it feel like I did something wrong for asking and sure enough when I get home... onions in my soup. I had to ask twice because it's happened before. I wouldn't be writing a review if it wasn't every. single. time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there a few times. First time was when it first opened, it was really good. Service and food. Service has depreciated while the food was good. Now service is horrible with no hospitality. I had asked for steak vermicelli at 7:20pm not realizing they closed at 8pm. They said no cause it would take 20-25 mins to make and they close at 8pm. Basically refusing.
Really a turn off since the 2 of us were ordering off the grill. So we had to resort to alternative. Which is really a turn off.
If you’re a restaurant and you’re open? The you should be open full service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem soup. Red pepper upon request. Very welcoming staff. New owners as good as last. Lots of sunshine in the windows. Comfy seats never too busy, can't say enough good. Highly recommend 60!
