★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I ordered Bowl #1 with chicken and it was delivered by a food delivery service. I asked for it all to be mixed - there were about 2 pieces of grilled chicken, barely any salsa or sour cream, minimal lettuce and the avocado was brown. The entire box was less than half full. If I am paying $15 for a salad I expect it to be made well with fresh ingredients. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location in particular for some reason makes THE best pegasus wraps. I've had from 2 other locations and for some reason they always slap way harder at this one. So keep doing whatever you guys are doing, will always go to this location even if it's out of the way for me.
Never had any problems with time or customer service either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location needs to be re-trained on how to make the rice, it's ALWAYS overcooked. Ruins the entire bowl because all you get is mushy rice clumps. For $15 you expect a lot better quality. Any other location the rice has always been seperate grains and not clumps. Plus, every other location always puts a pita chip in the whole bowl #3 and this location seems annoyed when I ask for the pita chip even though I was under the impression it's supposed to come with it. Anyway, might seem small but when you're hungry and the meal is ruined it really sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Pesto Quesadilla might be my favourite dish there. If you get it, make sure you get 2 servings of salsa because it’s a match made in heaven. I feel great afterwards, just a delicious light meal ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is always delicious here. However this time when I came to the location it looked like there was only one staff member working when there is normally two. The floors were slippery from people coming in from outside and I almost slipped in the entrance. I think the business should consider having another person on hand when its busy to mop the floors especially in this season to avoid injury and a potential lawsuit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to get my usual salad. Asked for Kalamata Olives - paid extra to have them in my salad, and didn't get any. Lettuce is wilted and certainly not fresh. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go here often because it was always fresh and tasty, but the last 3 times I've gone here have been very bad. Spoiled chicken one time, followed by spoiled salad dressing the last 2 times. Will not go here any more.
