★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Google authorised dealer. They did not have 1 of the parts needed for my repair, but another branch in Edmonton did. They could not repair my phone because it was against company policy to either transfer parts between shops, or sell it to me to take to the other shop, or for me to transport the part from one shop to the other. The plan was to do half the repair, and then wait 4-6 weeks for the last part to be ordered, while the shop held onto the phone because they are an authorised dealer and it is "policy". This is a joke considering there was a part available in Edmonton. In the end they were willing to let my phone be "released" if I agreed that it would void my warranty. I ended up taking the phone after the partial repair was completed, and driving to the other store to have the repair completed. Only to have the repair quote overwritten from $180 to $340. Be careful, you might get promised one thing and get something else. This branch completed my repair, extorted me for a higher price to complete a repair the other Ubreakifix shop could not complete. In addition, the final repair was poorly completed, and the phone was covered in a stubborn glue. I ended up needing to take it to a 3rd party cellphone repair shop to undo the final repair, remove the factory glue, and the sloppy applied Ubreakifix repair glue, to now reach a point where the phone is repaired. Would not recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in around 5 to get a quote on my phone and ask if they could get it done today. There is another shop 2 streets down that I was going to go get it fixed if they could not. They looked for the part and told me they could. I needed my phone fixed that day, the screen they put on was broken, an inch on the bottom of it completely black. They asked I pay full price for this screen and when a fixed one comes in they will put that one on in exchange.
I refused to pay full price for the item and asked that they give me my phone back with my original screen.
The other computer shop down the road would have done the job for cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have Roger's device protection I've had my screen fixed before. Other times, I've brought my phone to a select location and they've been able to fix my screen in a few hours. Not this place, do not bring your phone to get fixed here if you have a Samsung, the service is very slow. I selected this place because they were on the device protection list. I brought my phone in and the lady told me their Samsung program on their computer was down, so they could not start my repair until it was working again. I said okay, how long? And she told me one to two days! I was willing to leave my phone for a day but, for two days I thought was strange because I've had screens fixed in hours before. I called the next day and she said their Samsung program was still down. She spoke with the manager and they said their was nothing they could do on their end and it was Samsungs problem. I said why be on the device protection list then if you can't fill out service requests for Samsung. They then told me I could pick up my phone and bring it back when their program is working again. Are you kidding? I already drove in the cold and icy snow weather 20 mins to bring my phone and they want me to pick it up and then bring it back when they get their program working...I then called another place and they told me they could fix it in a few hours so I told them I would come pick up my phone. When I got there I saw a sign on the door that said "be back in 15 mins" so they wasted more of my time, and I was not the only customer showing up and seeing they were closed. Anyway, if you have device protection and a Samsung phone, do not bring your phone here, it is a huge waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cracked the glass on my Pixel phone. I called around and this was the only place that had the replacement glass in stock. The fix was performed properly with no cosmetic imperfections or problems with the display, touch sensitivity, camera or sensors.
It was a long drive for us and they did it in a couple of hours so we wouldn't have to make two trips. Very satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's obviously no quality control done, and it left my device unusable. I had a cracked screen on a tablet replaced because I was worried the crack would eventually impair the functionality. After a whole run around after they lost my contact info, I had to get someone else to pick it up for me, which put me outside of the warranty period. The replacement screen doesn't work at all, and any basic testing would have immediately found this, but instead my device is actually worse off than when I brought it in. They're probably fine for replacing phone screens, but don't bring your tablet here unless you want to trash a perfectly good device.

Front associate named akash not only helped found whats wrong with phone but instantly provided solution at much cheaper price compared to other stores. She also help me buy a really cool looking sparkling case for my phone. Would definitely recommend their marvellous service.
