★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a regular at this location, had a two pizzas come to me uncooked. I called, and promptly got another two for FREE back. Again the pizzas were slightly uncooked. After about 1 hour we got a call back from the owner. He offered us our money back and apologized very sweetly. He found out the oven was broken and something was wrong. But came back personally to give our money back even though he didn't have too. It was above and beyond what this branch had to do. And because of it they will have my business for along time. These guys care about there customers, it's amazing. Thank you to the 17th Street branch management and staff for turning what could of been a bad situation into a positive one. Thank you that truly means alot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is amazing! My kids and I order most Friday's from Papa John's and tonight especially was absolutely wonderful service and food!
The delivery guy was beyond pleasant, and conscientious of safety measures with distancing and mask wearing. He was incredibly polite, and respectful. We had something missed from our order and when I called in the lady who answered was quick to offer immediate solutions, and just as polite as our delivery guy.
Not too long after getting off the phone, our delivery guy showed up with the missing order!
I love being able to support local during this time, and this location can definitely count on my family ordering EVERY Friday night!!
Thank you so much for making our evening that much better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly can’t even tell you how horrible this pizza was , no one could eat it . I paid for extra toppings and they were thrown on after the pizza came out , and other toppings were missing . Just shameful for the price !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't realize it's a $1 a pepper when you add extra. Every other time I ordered I got a small bag of like 4-5 ,+ the two in the box. One time I ordered 2x peppers and got way more then I needed so I always ordered 1. now I get one extra pepper for ordering an order of peppers lol. I'd just like some consistency, maybe how many peppers you get written in the menu. I normally order from there just to have the peppers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love papa johns pizza and order from them all the time! But first time ordered from the 17st location tonight and it is the worst pizza I have ever had. We ordered 3 spinach Alfredo pizzas and all 3 were dried up, barely had any sauce and were super thin crust. Not impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I ordered two pizzas and there was an emergency so I missed pick up time and when we did go to pick up. They made two fresh pizzas and gave us the old ones at no charge. The pizza was super fresh and hot and these guys were so kind! Great customer service. ??
