★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered zero contact delivery a couple days ago. Driver shows up and rings the bell super quick 5 times in a row while banging on the door. I'm holding my dog so my son goes to grab pizza that should be left on step. But no. Delivery person begins aggressively pushing pizza at my son while loudly rambling something we could not understand. So don't expect zero contact and only order if your kids want to get terrified by an aggressive angry employee. My house was lit up and I have exact directions. Snow and ice was all removed. Not sure what his problem was but I definitely will not get a delivery from here again. Teach your drivers respect and maybe explain what your zero contact delivery is. Really wish I didn't have to tip when I paid because I never would have given a dime for him scaring us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered on a Friday evening 30 minutes before closing and it was disappointing. I just ordered two medium pizzas with chicken poppers. Haven't eaten at Panagos for a long time and had a better impression of how their pizza was... especially at the given pricepoint. It was stale and the dough was meh. I could tell that the dough wasn't freshly slapped and unsure if the food was even left under the heater? Poppers weren't crispy either but it wasn't a main concern for me. This area has alot more competitive pizza joints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoy Panago in general, but particularly the Tamarack location. The pizza is always baked just that little bit more that just makes it so delicious. They never disappoint!

I feel Panago as a franchise has kind of gone down hill or maybe my tastes have changed, i'm not really sure, but the pizza is just not what it used to be.. Like I got a taco pizza earlier last month and the crust was actually soggy, like how do you get soggy crusts? I couldn't tell if it was moisture from the sour cream or from the grease, so I decided this time I would order a pepperoni pizza as well, just to see how Panago is doing with their pizzas... Man even the pepperoni pizza's crust was soggy.
Its funny, because their appetizers and sides are actually better than the pizzas, seemingly.
Yeah, I would resort to Panago if it was late, but they aren't even open that late, so I mean, if you have other options, which you definitely do, you should exercise them in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered two pizzas here and while waiting noticed the chef takes orders/payment and goes back to making my two pizzas that I ordered without washing the hands. Management please take this in to consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered my first pizza from them...ordered double cheese...not even enough on there to cover sauce and the pizza is so over cooked the toppings are burnt. What a waste of money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ordering from this location. Very disappointed with my order. The pizza was terrible. Over cooked and dry .The toppings were not fresh and could not even taste the cheese. I will not be ordering my pizza from panago's again.
