★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 40wings then when we got home the wings was so dry. Then I tried to call the store number. I talked to their customer service and told my feedback about the wings. The agent told me to go back the store and complain there coz they can’t do anything if you don’t order through phone. I have to go back there and waste my time and gas for maybe another dry wings. Don’t waste your money here!!!

Clearly stated no black olives and they put alot of them. pizza is truly cold have waited for the order almost an hour. Waste of time and money. Really disappointed. cannot talk to them personally as they dont have a lersonal store phone. only Delivery guy was helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has happened on several occasions and pizza 73 has the best BBQ chicken pizza however I'm disappointed that they have consistently messed up an order pertaining to my allergies. I ABSOLUTELY CAN'T have pizza sauce, due to this I get get really sick after digesting the sauce therefore I always get the the BBQ sauce instead. The audacity that this happens on several occasions with several sister locations scares me and makes me concerned for people who actually have severe allergies, this type of carelessness has to stop or someone will get hurt or worse. I'm not sure if this is pure neglect or poor customer service but for future safety please do something about this. As for customers please review and double check your orders before and after receiving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the store and his staff is the rudest crew i’ve ever seen in a restaurant. They keeps yelling at each other. Drivers going in the kitchen , touchi stuff without washing hands. The cashier took money from me and goes back to cutting pizza. She didn’t even cared to wash her hands. The cutting table seemed that it was never cleaned before. The pizza pans were on the ground, I am preet sure that they don’t even clean those. Staff told me not to leave any tips as the owner keeps all the tips. Cheap owner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually the food isn’t too bad…I find myself asking for “extra crispy” golden crispy wings so they don’t show up soggy as usual.
But the last one who took my phone order was very rude and tried hanging up on me because I took one second thinking about what type of deluxe we wanted. He didn’t even bother telling me how much the total was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a tandoori chicken pizza at night at around 11 pm. They made the pizza in very rush which makes toppings fell off with barely any cheese. Staff was rude and the owner too. The owner was yelling at them to make pizza even faster and I was listening everything clearly. I will prefer any other location if pizza 73 and never gonna recommend and go at this location ????
