Our server was smoking right beside the restaurant and she saw us walk in and she goes “Why do all the customers come in at once when I am trying to have a smoke!” I was so surprised at her remark.I have worked in the customer service industry and it was quite a rude thing to say especially to the customers. Potatoes came out stone cold and we couldn’t even get another glass of water. The service was mediocre and so was the food.

T	T Hathaway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to The East Grille and Lounge tonight for the first time. Considering the time (walked in around 8:30 pm), it wasn’t busy, but our food was hot and delicious! Additionally, it was served all at once, so we all started our meals at the same time. I was definitely disappointed with the quality of the children’s burger (it was just a cheap frozen pattie), but, we just wouldn’t order that again. If the owners read this, I’d suggest a house-made slider instead. That change would coincide with the existing quality of food. Our server was lovely and the restaurant overall seemed clean. Also, I asked for my bacon to be cooked well done, so that should be taken into consideration when viewing the photos.
