★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mixed bag here, not sure if the employees just don't get trained anymore or what but sometimes everything is perfect and other times the whole order is a disaster.
It's great when it's good but a total headache when it wrong and you're on your way to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not once.. has this location been open when I get there at 11:30/40. I called to ask one night and the guy who answered said.. drive thru open 24 hours.. lol.. I told him its always closed when I get there so end up at A&W. He argues with me that they are never closed that early. I have literally counted 15 to 20 cars go to drive thru and turn around to go to A&W... they are not open 24 hours. Someone mentioned that they do system updates around that time so they would be closed temporarily for about 10 to 20 mins... they do this on a Friday night at 11:30?? Why not at 3am?? I gave up, I go to the Sherwood park McDonald's... they are always open and food is hot and fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So the sign on the side of the building says 24hrs so does the drive thru sign. So I go after work at 3am and they are closed. I'm pretty sure this is false advertising and they must remain open for what is advertised or remove the signage. I'm going to contact Canadian headquarters and ask them this question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible night service, waited almost 10 mins for one snack sized McFlurry, constantly asking what my order number was, even though I stated it over 3 times. and horrible hygiene of workers, hair with dandruff was found in my nuggets, which is DISGUSTING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signs all over the outside of this McDonald's, and on their online hours stating their drive thru is open 24 hours. It is not. This drive thru is consistently closed between midnight and 3am when I get off work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd time I've ordered a combo and the Coke is flat and garbage. Be nice if I pay for a large pop that it doesn't taste like the bottom of the tank carbonated water. I'm better of going to WalMart right across the road and getting a 2L Coke and adding Ice at home. At least I get what I paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've had. Dine in, I expect the food to be hot. Two bites in to the quarter pounder and it was evident that this burger had been sitting for some time and not in a warming tray.Time constraints precluded me from taking it back and demanding a fresh one. Fries were also meh. Not hot. Not salty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve tried this mcdonalds a few times and like. Its just so bad. Like it tastes the same, but how do you mess up the burger you’re most known for? This is just a standard Big Mac order. How do you screw up the patty placement? Also they didn’t use my code even though I told them and he said yup got it. Like bruh.
