★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here for a couple years for my eye brows. They always do a wonderful job and always satisfied.
Decided to get a pedicure done, which was not such a great experience. The room they do it in is so uncomfortable. It's like a closet pretty much. I felt like I was folded in half in the chair, im a tall individual. Half of the pedicure steps that i look forward to to, werent don't. Eg. No removal of dead skin (just used the filing stick).
She didn't wear a mask, I did! She even told me I don't need to wear mine if I didn't want to. She didn't sanitize in between eye brow clients. (One lady ahead of me)
She was very sweet and nice ?
Just didn't like the above and the lack of sanitization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just left the salon incredibly disappointed in Bella Tonic. I’ve been going there for 8 years and have never complained before. Today I explained to the lady how I wanted my eyebrows done and within 15 seconds she said she was done. I looked at my brows and they were completely uneven and still so bushy, so I asked her to fix it instead of rushing me. She then proceeded to take a massive chunk of hair out of my eyebrow completely messing up my shape and leaving a bald patch. I’m a professional model, and when I go to this place I expect a certain level of professionalism and trust. That is absolutely gone now. I told her what she did and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal, when clearly what she did was not okay. She had no customer service training to even tend to my concerns. What kind of place has the salon turned into with such untrained and unprofessional staff. Management needs to pay attention to this because it’s not a good look. And I no longer recommend this salon.
