Worst bank ever. No one can ever seem to help you. Its always someone else's department so they will transfer you or call you back. But they never do. Worthless bank, literally every other bank is better.

If anyone could answer the phone that would be a start. I called 3 times to make an appointment, got a call back 2 days later after I went into the bank to make an appointment.

The phone customer service representatives are not as helpful as the people in the branch, that's why we need to go in person. I am glad that someone in this branch was able to assist me and my mom to replace her credit card. I truly understand the standard procedure when it comes to security measures and verification over the phone but if a client is a senior citizen, customer service should allow a family member to help. Use soft skills and smart judgment should be in place.

After they set behind the desk they told me that the system is down. What a waste of time. Don’t recommend anyone to visit this location

Same like says other customers. I went there book a meeting with someone receptionist book appointment for upcoming Saturday but didn’t told me about time I thought they will send me via email update for schedule and also who with am meeting. But nothing i was on work whlole week then Saturday i went there for appointment the guy who sit there ask me my name for check appointment. I spoke to him with my name he said you have no appointment i said what! How can it possible then he said wait for bit will check. Once he done with other customer he ask me for my cell phone number then gave him. He said you have booking for 3:pm i said ok thanks but you told me before you have no appointment. He said we have only 3 appointment but your name doesn’t exist. If i leave in hurry then I could missed my appointment. During meeting he didn’t help like proper customer service. Even he don’t know how to set online business accounts setup. Also i ask him online setup he said it is different app cibc business. He said I don’t have information about it

Not a single person to help you here Ben waiting for more than 20 minutes was told to wait but they don't have first come first serve policy even nobody has an appointment still they helped customers who came after me.
