P	PradIp Mou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have an ATM inside where you can't deposit more than one bill at a time. So frustrating when you have to deposit even few hundreds. Complained to them few times in branch by last couple of months, nothing happened. Then complained to customer service over phone 2 weeks ago. Nothing changed. Now stopped going this branch and wishing I dont need to go even any TD.
n	nimesh Mistry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my brother(disabled in wheelchair) had an appointment, we were late, the Account manager would not come out because she was busy preping for her next appointment..... and the Branch manager didn't even offer to book for next.... shame.....I guess we can say they are over staffed at the cashier but understaffed otherwise......guess... Only I were their friends....
J	John Dorion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I setup a TFSA account over two weeks ago and it is still not showing on my on-line banking. I have left 6 messages (you never get a live person). After 4 someone called me back I and I got the name of the financial advisor. Left him a message, no call back. Left another message today. Called general line and asked for manager to call me back. Still waiting. Seems nothing has changed here in a year from last review. If you can not go into the branch, forget customer service.
N	Neha T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been quite a few times I have visited this branch and noticed that the female staff is nice, courteous and knowledgable where as male staff is rude and robotic and you always have to repeat things twice to make him understand. There is always a nicer way to say things, specially if you are in customer facing roles. 2 star for female staff and enough parking space.

Horrible service, the teller is rude and profiles me every time I try to make an transaction. They have never helped me in any way ! Also, no one is welcoming and everyone acts busy when they are just chit chatting among co-workers. I am very disappointed with the lack of respect given to loyal card owners. I have never been treated so poorly in any financial institution other than this Taunton branch.

B	Behind Closed Doors on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Went in because I was pre-approved for a new credit card. I signed all my documents and the teller tells me the card will be in 7-10 days later. Now, it’s been 6 weeks and I call TD and they say the credit card offer was never accepted… So what was done at this branch? What did I Sign? and What was done with my information
I	Imran Sirohi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well tbh, the whole management sitting in the front needs to be changed….their manager first of all is rude and non-cooperative and does not oblige the customers for their time that they put on…I have been going this branch for almost a year now and every-time, I have to wait almost 20-30 mins and csr have no authority at all to take a simple decisions, for every single thing they go to their rude manager and get instructions. Csr’s must be trained properly and should know how to cater customer simple needs. Very bad customer service and manager needs to be changed immediately.
