★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get a new access card because I lost my current one. Teller was Ahmad and he was very helpful. He reviewed my ID provided but noticed serial numbers didn't match (for some unknown reason TD has a different serial number then my ID actually has). No big deal, Ahmad just asked 3 security questions and then I received my new access card promptly. I was done in under 5 minutes. Very happy with the fast and prompt service from Ahmad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been banking with this organization for 40+ years. The last five years has seen an incredible turnaround in customer service. Rudeness, lack of knowledge is rampant in this branch and nobody seems to care. As a result of poor service I ended up taking my complaint to the TD Ombudsman. My loss, which was a result of TD staff at Hewes Way, was fully compensated. The Ombudsmans result attests to the terriblle customer care at this branch.

Train you people better on what a check endorsement is. What a poor bank for making 5 billion dollars last year

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service manager Jilian Miller unprofessional arogent and rude. One of the Customer service representative was helping me with bank statement but she jummped in from no where in conversation very disrespectful. I wanted report this to branch manager but he was not available. I will never visit this branch and close my account.
