Worst service in the entire city, avoid this Boston Pizza. Have been here on a few occasions, trying to give the benefit of the doubt to the wait staff. However, every single visit with no exceptions has been slow and poor service. Takes 10 minutes to be seen after being seated, and over 20+ minutes for the bill even when you are the only table in the restaurant. Service is equally bad in the lounge as the dining room. All of the staff - hosts, servers, and managers all need a lesson in customer service! Wasted my time here too many times - save yourself the time and go to a different location.

Very bad customer service. We had a family dinner there on the night of Jan 27, 2022 and had quite a bit leftover. We just left our table at the end for less than 2 minutes to use washroom, start the car and came back to see they threw away our food. When I asked, our server was apologetic and nice but there was another lady (redhead, don't know her name) around there being super snarky and rude and blaming us for not taking boxes with us to washroom and not even letting me finish my statement, cutting me off and being super rude ocerall. Get a grip lady, you survive because of the customers. Learn a lesson or two in good customer service. They treated us like this even after I left 15% tip. This is the day they lost a permanent customer for this location.

Ordered game day deal with both pizzas, Meat on the side. They made one pizza with meat on the side and the second one meat on the pizza. We were told to wait for 7 minutes to get the correct pizza. Took 20 minutes. Always secrew up. Order is never done correctly. Then they are blaming on the people who are taking the order online. NO COMPENSATION, NOTHING

Ordered delivery from here, it arrived with our lasagna on the bottom flattened to bits with sauce all over everything. Phoned the restaurant to request a refund, whoever answered the phone said there wasn’t a manager on site (how a restaurant runs without a manager I’ll never know) but they would take my number and the manager would call me when they made it in within 20 minutes. 3 hours later still no callback. Unprofessional and poor quality service, would never order from here again.

Friendly and courteous staff that know how to mix a great Ceaser! And the cauliflower crust vegetarian pizza was spot on! Great job!

Worst service experience ever. Went here last night with friends and our kids for dinner at 5pm (4 adults, 2 toddlers) didn't realize it was a kids eat for free promotion- it's busy, no problem. My husband ordered a "non-stop" pop- ordered a refill and she forgot about it- 20+ minutes of trying to find our server- had to ask another server. Asked her to bring a jug of pop to avoid waiting for refills. Food comes, no cutlery, no napkins again, can't find our server. Doesn't offer us dessert or clear our plates at the end of the meal, had to ask for the dessert for the kids as it was included in the promotion. Noticed after we paid that they charged us for the non stop pop AND the jug of pop (15$) explained to the server why we ordered the jug because she wasn't around- got the manager- Omar. He said they can't do refunds (LOL LIES) and offered us a 10$ promotion card that needs to be used in 5 days or it expires. What a joke. Doesn't even cover the cost of the overcharge. The food was garbage, service was non existent- and the restaurant itself was disgusting. Plates of food left on tables for 45 minutes plus. Our friends agreed that it was the worst service we have ever encountered at a restaurant. Will never come back to this location. It's one thing for it to be busy and for customer service to slide it's another to not take responsibility for it and lie to a customer. Take your business elsewhere- this place doesn't deserve it.

Visited twice in 1 week and the food was great both times. Cactus cut potato chips, Hungry Carnivore pasta, bbq bourbon chicken pizza and royal Hawaiian were all great. Service was friendly and attentive. Other than a tight parking lot it is a great location.

Went there again this past Sunday, June 12th for supper. Brought my husband along this time. It was very busy. We were seated immediately. Our waiter bent over backwards to ensure we received excellent service. He was very pleasant too. Enjoyed the the Buffalo cauliflower but was charged $2.00 extra for some Ranch Dip. Won't be ordering that again. Wherever we order it elsewhere it comes with the appetizer. Had French onion soup which was tasty. Also heaping plates of spaghetti and meatballs. Had to get to go boxes. Overall the food was great.
