★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible!! I lived in the Middle East for many years and that is not the joint you want to visit.
The chicken ‘shawarma’ is super dry. It is basically dried out chicken breast with no flavours. Hummus tasted like an old dirt bag. Even their tzatziki sauce was blunt. Don’t waste your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not get Chicken Shawarma here. The platter was dried out and came with just rice and dry Salad. Comparable at Magma Donair - ten times better. Shawarma needs garlic sauce not a gross tzatziki. No pickles etc. perhaps pizza or meat donates are good here I’m not sure but the shawarma is terrible.

However, recently the service has been inconsistent - the most recent time I went I was told 1 cheese donair would take 30 minutes and the time before that, I arrived 50 minutes before closing and the open sign was off - so I called, got an answer and she said they closed early.
Great donairs though if you want to wait or catch them while they're open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely long wait, as well extremely poor customer service. Instead of making my order both people working are in front on their phones. I highly recommend against giving this place your business. The donair was no better than the ones you can buy from a gas station pre-packaged .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered pizza from here, driver said his car broke down, that is fine. Management tried to make it better which was good although they made the mistake of over promising a d under delivery. I will not be back and if you want fast hot pizza maybe reconsider this location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live close by and decided to go for a walk with my yorkie dog and buy a donair for me and my husband because it’s a nice day. Had my dog on my arms (with her leash) so yes I was carrying her. I was planning to place an order, pay for it, go outside and come back when it’s ready. I wasn’t planning on letting my dog roaming around in their place that’s why I was carrying her. I know it’s probably my fault for bringing my dog in cause there’s no place to leave her outside but I just did not expect the rudeness. The time I went in the guy told me, “ leave! Go away!” Did not even let me talk or say something. He could have just say it in a nice manner instead of treating us in that way. I felt like I am a thief or something. I loved this place and been here many times. I know you guys doesn’t really care if I don’t go here anymore but one thing I can tell you is that I will never support a business who have disrespectful staff.
