★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Colonel would be extremely disappointed in this location. Probably the worst KFC in Canada. Their original recipe chicken never has any seasoning. Always bland. Maybe their other items are fine but they need to stop being cheap with the herbs and spices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went today at about 5:30 pm we waited about 25 minutes for our chicken order after we left and opened the chicken container we found old chicken that seemed as it was cooked and reheated more than once it was really dry and dark looking I tasted it and decided to throw it into the rubbish we will nit return as we don't want to become ill from this old reheated food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm only comparing this location with other KFC stores not popeyes. The chicken was soggy, not greasy soggy just kinda soggy. Must have been sitting for quite a while. Not the most fresh experience I've had at a KFC. The chicken was cooked to temp so I have no fears on their food safe practices but clearly the quality suffered today. The sides were perfect and the store was clean. Sometimes stores have bad days and this was clearly one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulled in at 8:40 to buy a late dinner wasn’t able to get fries because they were already shutting down, so I guess they’re not open until 9 as i was walking out they followed me and locked the door on other customers that wanted to go in. So apparently closing down early is more important than peoples business. Not going back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went and was waiting on the line on Sunday May 9 2022 around 2 pm,A senior gentleman got off his truck,came inside and wanted to use the washroom,He went straight to washroom and the lady told him the washroom is out of order,(No sign posted)the gentleman was deaf and can barely hear the lady,after the lady told her twice,the guy said sorry i cannot hear you properly,
the lady named Allise told her in a very rude and disrespectful way
YOU KNOW WHAT IM DEAF TOO.
He left and went sit in his truck.very disappointing.My wife explained the lady this was not right while I went and talk to this gentleman.He told me this is what we faced when we have a disability.That ruined my day.
Respect our seniors please.
I really hope there will be a follow up on this.
