★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first experience at Mr Lube (I have only used dealership service but I noticed I was behind on my oil change). I found the service the be quick and efficient. The manager and the employees were all very kind. I will be coming back and would recommend them to anyone going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get an oil leak inspected. Elias was very professional in dealing with my request. He was very patient and took the time to explain the cause for the oil leak. He then proceeded to double check to make sure the leak had been stopped. Moreover, it was one of the best customer service I received from Mr. Lube. He definitely deserves the 5 star review. Highly recommend this gentleman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has gone down hill very fast. Came here to get an oil change and windshield chip repair ( as stated on their web site ). Also had a coupon for free wiper blades. Well they said no windshield repair, no wiper blades, and no top up on windshield fluid. Never even cleaned my windshield, said they can’t do that no supplies. Fluid top ups are supposed to be included with oil change. They never even checked my air filter They don’t even greet you anymore and go over the oil change options or offer you water. Will not be coming back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They run a busy operation. First come first serve for the service you require. One lane for oil changes another for straight tire swap out if you have tires on rims already and another for new tire installation. Fairly quick service friendly staff reasonable pricing. They offer a bunch of other service related vehicle items as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service. They do the little things all the time. Keep you up to date on recent services on what you got done so you don't over pay (Grease door hinges, tires, clean window) I keep coming back. Excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service provided by this location! I can not stress everyone enough how understanding& kind the workers and managers here are. We had our tire go completely flat while we were driving in the area, we ended up asking if they could help us - which they did! They are very open and transparent on all aspects, they were more than willing to help us in our time of need! The assistant manager Alex was phenomenal and I 100% recommend going to this location for anything. He was very efficient and put in our spare at no cost when he saw our old tire wasn’t getting any air. Very kindhearted and comforting workers (both my mother and I were panicking so it’s nice when people take time to reassure everything will be okay, he also made us laugh) which is another thing, they did not take advantage of our situation. They helped us out of the kindness of their hearts- it’s THEIR time they used to help us. Forever grateful!
