β β β β β Too much waiting time, not just once, but every single time, like for skip, Uber, doordash, we always have to wait 15-20 minutes extra and the worst part is they even donβt reimburse us. Like either u should increase ur staff number or just speed up the processing time, I think this is the reason it a and w is way far behind McDonaldβs and Tim Hortons. It is not a fast food service at all because not just once, every single time it happens

β β β β β I can't give less rating than this. I ordered potine with no cheese and extra gravy bill was 5.34$ and i get this in the order. Fries were not even to the half of the box as you can see in the picture. Even the box does not have the a&w logo on it.

β β β β β I always go to this location for breakfast and never had any issues and staff is really good. However, just one person at this place changed my review about this place. I hope, there is zero star βοΈ I can give just because of that behaviour from the staff I got just now.

β β β β β I have to say A &W have changed a lot and for the better. I was pleasantly surprised. I wish they had some gluten free option, my wife and son are celiac so I can't there often.

β β β β β I give it one star because all the time I need to order breakfast on way to work so I used skip the dishes to make orders to pick up. They always wait till I arrived and prepare my foods.. I want foods to be ready to pick up now! Fix this habit!

β β β β β While working in the area, We actually stopped at Denny's across the parking lot to have breakfast. After sitting in Denny's for 5 to 7 minutes and getting no service we decided to walk across to A and W. I ordered my usual and the server recognized us from our previous visits and rattled off my worker's order. Maybe because we're creatures of habit, but this was the 3rd time that we have been to this particular A&W. My worker and I were both surprised that she Remembered us and more surprised that she remembered his order to the Letter! Our food came out very quickly and was nice and hot. We laughed that the quality of service was better than Denny's which is a sit down restaurant. Well done A&W

β β β β β The funny part was we were the only customers in the drive through. The young lady serving us asked us to move up around the corner and wait! I just mentioned that if someone comes behind me that I would move. A little silly on there behalf! Food mama burger and onion rings was better than it has been in the past

β β β β β Not the BEST A&W location in the city but a runner up for sure. Kids like the cheese burgers and my favorite is a Teen burger with a Root Beer, so classic you can't go wrong. Good staff here though drive through intercom sounded broken when we were there Β―\_(γ)_/Β―
