★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jan 3rd 2022 I drove to Urban Nature Store, arrived 5:52 after rushing and I walked into the store and the guy says "sorry we're closed" I said but it's not 6 your open till 6 , he says "ya I closed the till early to get out of here", I said oh nice I drove 25 minutes to get here but he didn't care . I've shopped this store before and it's normally ok , but I'll make this purchase on Amazon now . He should have served me, store was technically still open

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with my 3 year old daughter for the first time today and we were in the store for 3 minutes before one of the employees started throwing up outside the front door... As someone who is still concerned with Covid, this was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and we rushed to my car to quickly sanitize our hands and get the heck out of there. This was not a great first experience at all...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I just started feeding birds in our backyard this year. Mainly because we lost our 17 year cat this spring ☹️. Now that she isn't here to bother the birds we put out feeders. The staff helped us pick out the right feeders and the type of food to attract the birds we want. Baltimore Oriole is one of our favorite as well as hummingbird, after only 2 days both these birds visit our feeder three times a day. It's so enjoyable having our morning coffee on the patio watching the birds. We identified 15 different types of birds so far. Great way to learn about nature and share with our children. The staff here will impress the most experienced birder with their knowledge and are happy to share all.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a Going Green Recycled Plastic Bird Feeder ? very excited to start using it in the backyard. A great environmentally friendly product. Makes a great Christmas ? gift! I'm looking forward to seeing more recycled plastic products available going forward. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our visit in store. Covid protocols in place within store.
