★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally have a good experience in this store, lots of selection on specialty items specifically kitchen gadgets I find they carry a lot of cheaper brands that are not of the highest quality that being said they do have a few higher end brands something for every budget. The gift registry staff as I recall was very helpful however it has been several years. Worth mentioning they have the best selection of WoodWick candles I have ever come across. Also don't forget your 20% coupon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought items that were advertised at one price and the scanner recorded them at a higher price while checking out. The staff refused to do the minimal, which would've been to honor the lowest price of both. The Scanning Code Of Practice would've made me entitled to a $10 rebate for each item over the lowest price between price tag and the scanner. I'm not going back there. I don't encourage businesses that don't abide to the Scanning Code Of Practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to purchase a item over the phone on sale, was told I could sign up and receive a 20% discount and then purchase the item which was awesome! Went and signed up and got an email saying I'd get a code within 24hrs, got it the next day! Went to purchase the item and the sale is over ! So I talk to the manager about it and said I talk to someone over the phone followed there instruction and she replied with it was probably just a cashier .......... I'm like ohhhhh k ! The discount I got now is not even as good as the original sale !!!! Sorry nothing we can do ! Thanks for your customer service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in looking for a shower radio and stopped to ask someone who was wearing an apron she pointed to where she said they'd be and said if I had it it would be with the bathroom hardware. Not friendly at all no customer service and I've been working in retail for 20 plus years. This is a prime example of poor management and even worse customer service I'll never go back to this location ever again because of the way I was treated as a CUSTOMER!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, this people are the best at providing customer service to me and my mother. They all are very nice, helpful, hard-workers, efficient, and they ask questions if you really need help. Based with my experience, I would 1000% recommend them to others who have never come here. They even make your day feel good if it wasn't that good earlier that same day. I really like these workers. However, since I am not too much into home stuff like my mother, I have seen the good treatment they have given her and me too. In my opinion, I would truly give you a trophy and a medal of one of the best stores providing exceptional and outstanding customer service to me, my mother, and to many other customers. Thank you very much Bed Bath & Beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my high thread count bedsheets. Today I was looking for a queen sized fitted sheet. Selection was slim pickings. Not a whole lot to choose from. Alot of the shelves sat bare or close to empty. A result of current supply chain issues???? Anyways, staff were super helpful and friendly. They made the limited shopping experience a real joy.
