2nd Time Around Tires

Amazing customer service! This was my first time ever getting tires as I just bought my car. I was initially referred by a friend, so I emailed for a quote and got a response really quick. I was given many recommendations of tires to best fit my tire size and budget. I provided my own DAI rims for my all-season tires; however, they have a huge selection of their own too! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond my expectations :)

These guys really went above and beyond. I had punctured my tire and called a bunch of shops in the area looking for someone to help me out. The guy on the phone offered me a used tire that would fit my car just so I could get home and worry about getting the proper tire later. I got there 5mins before closing and they were really good about it and still took my car, having to stay almost an extra 40 mins past closing for me. And when they realized the tire they had that fit my car wasn’t usable they gave me my money back and put on another tire that was a very close fit so I could at least get home and get the proper fitting the next day. If I lived closer I would definitely come back here to get them to replace that tire! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Friendly staff but I guess my experience was one of those days where things just don't go the way you planned for both myself and them. I went in after calling to confirm that they had the all season tires that I wanted in stock, because I had to switch my winter tires out. After going there with my 2 year old daughter and waiting for 2 hours, I was informed that they had the vehicle hoisted and ready to put on the new tires but could not find them. Apparently they were still enroute from Ottawa. I was told that the appointment needed to be rescheduled for Wednesday, and that I would be given a discount for the inconvenience. By the way, while I waited I was provided with a nice cold bottle of water, which was refreshing for the hot day that it was (plus). Inspite of that, I didn't receive any follow up call to confirm that the tires were indeed in (I know that they are quite busy in there). I called back the following week and went in the next day. I waited for an hour, then I went to pay and was only given a discount of $31.83 (I was expecting a 10% discount at the least). To make matters worse, I was told that they would pull the vehicle around to the front for me, which I thought was great, since I was now running late for taking my daughter to school on a rainy day. When I went out to wait, I realized that my vehicle wasn't at the front. It was in the back parked. I asked for my key, since I had to be on my way. I was told that it was on the dash, but it was still in the the pocket of the mechanic who had worked on the vehicle (I know, accidents do happen). To add to the disappoint, after getting my keys and going to my van, I noticed grease prints on the upholstery of the front seat. Needless to say, this was not a good experience for me.

Great service, spoke to Jim about what I wanted and he put together a great package. His staff were very friendly and did an awesome job.

Had a great experience today! Jim recommended the Nexen N´Fera Supreme tires for my SUV. He said they will " feel like you're driving on glass" and he wasn't lying! Kim made sure I was out the door by 1pm as requested so I could make my appointment. Excellent prices and service! Bonus was that I can get my tires rotated every 10K km free of charge and other great after service items! Will be back and highly recommend!

Always have a great experience here. Just purchased 4 new winter tires and rims. Whether you need your tire fixed or a brand new one...the staff are always very kind and helpful. Highly recommend A+++

Absolutely great experience throughout. Needless to say Jim (I think the owner) is very personable and cares about his customers. Jim helped save me some money without having to buy a new set of all seasons for the summer months. & booked me in the next day! Even though I waited an hour and bit for my tires to be changed and repaired it was well worth it. Reception ON POINT, very nice woman and quite funny. I can’t wait to go back just for the experience. I think this is the last time I go to a big cooperate store, scam scam scam. Thanks Jim & team for such a pleasurable experience here in Oshawa!

Went in looking for some rims and rubber for my 2500, spoke with Jim and he hooked me up! Gave him an idea of what I was looking for and he showed me 2-3 options for rims and they were exactly what I was looking for. Picked a rim and then went on to explain what I wanted in a tire, Jim mentioned a mud terrain tire which I thought was going to be too aggressive and have horrible road noise, especially when pulling my camper 2-3 hours with 2 kids and a wife, listening to tires howling the whole way. Jim assured me that the tires wouldn’t be that loud and he thought I’d be happy with them. I’m glad I listened to him because the truck looks sharp and gives off the aggressive stance/look I was picturing, and the tires aren’t as loud as I anticipated. Yes they do have some noise, but hardly noticeable, even at 120 on the highway. I’ve been using 2nd time around for all my vehicles for over a decade now. They’ve always treated me good, gave me fair pricing and quick service. They are sometimes hard to get a hold of on the phone, but I don’t mind, if they are that busy, they’re clearly doing something right! I’d recommend these guys (and gal) every time.
