M	Matt A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank is worse than those duct cleaner scammers. They call you all the time, leave you voicemails, then when you try to call them back they never answer. It seems like they’re always trying to sell you stuff as they always “have an amazing offer to benefit you”, which is odd for a bank. Their hours aren’t friendly for people who work 9-5 Monday-Friday. I left CIBC for Simplii. There’s no fees and you still can go to any CIBC if you need to withdraw cash. I haven’t had any issues with CIBC, but have had many issues with this branch. Attached is a photo of my last 10 voicemails...all from this branch, and those are just the calls I missed/didn’t answer.
C	Chris Buker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only getting two stars because the lady I always go to is amazing very helpful and nice :) other then that the manager is kind of rude and put a hold on my money for no reason I had rent that was due and he didn't care and then he gave me his card to call him and he never returns calls . I've called 7 times now .. over the past week
d	denise suba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get a new card the lady at the front desk was very nice and cordial to me but I was told to wait for someone to be able to do it for me.I wasn't given a time limit but I wasn't going to assume that it wasn't going to I was going to take more than 5 to 10 minutes. I waited over 45 minutes 2 for a card that no one ever made I had to leave because it was such a long time. Someone should have been notified about me waiting I understand that there were only two people that could have done it. They were with clients but I should have been notified of this so I wouldn't waste my time it was very frustrating to sit there and not get any service it's not acceptable. I even got a parking ticket due to this because I had been parked for too long
M	Mr.T None on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use CIBC!!! Beware as they have very strict policies that restrict you from using your own money how you want to. They have refused to transfer my own money and is leaving me stranded in a third world country!! Absolutely beyond ridiculous and Heartless.
