★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man works faster and much more efficient than other ladies. I believe clients come for banking business but not talking. Especially there are many people waiting in the line, I feel not fair keeping us waiting for longer chatty conversation that stops the line moving forward. Next time, I'll put the names here for others to monitor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost my wallet recently so I had to get new card from the bank, I was facing a hard time and the service I got from this individual named as Chris was extremely disappointing. He attitude was extremely rude as he threw my driving license photo ID on the counter stating that it is not valid. He was not helpful and solving my problem rather he walked away from the situation leaving me standing on the counter. I do belive that cibc has the best service upto my knowledge but a rotten tomato like him can spoil the reputation of the company.
