With all the uncertainty the pandemic brought, finding a job in my specific field seemed more of a dream. I was not able to find many opportunities on my own, networking was much harder, and finding the will to find a job just simply was not there for me. Then I discovered Durham Recruiting, and opened my eyes to what they could do for me. Using their professional and highly personal recruitment process, Sandra at Durham Recruiting was able to really dig deep into what makes me valuable to an employer, build a professional profile to present to potential workplaces & connect me with the right employers. I have never used a recruiting company before, and never realized what they can do for me. Trying to find a job on your own is very challenging for an individual. I cannot recommend using Durham Recruiting more if you are in a similar boat that I was in.
