M	Mel Seymour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been the Branch Manager for Adecco Durham for 21 years + now. The two bad reviews listed here - I checked our database for these associates to see why they were unhappy with us. One is not even registered with us, and the other one...we had placed a number of times and on the day of the assignment starting, the associate would cancel out or not show up. Yes the reason was always child care. We told the associate that perhaps it would be best to make sure the child care was all set up before we sent the associate out to work again, and to call us when it was all arranged. The associate never called us again, instead posting this. This associate never actually reported to any of the assignments we booked him on. I am not sure if the actual events permits this kind of review stating the things that were said. I am always open to us being better, kinder and more appreciative of our associates as the people who work FOR us are key to making us successful. Thank you to those who do such a great job!

The lack of professionalism and relatability from Adecco, Oshawa is frustrating and disheartening. I would not recommend Adecco, Oshawa to anyone seeking employment in this environment.

I jumped through multiple hoops during the process of getting signed up with Adecco. I was friendly and positive the whole time when dealing with the representative that I had been working with. It has been nearly 2 months since this whole charade began. After repeatedly reaching out to the representative, I still have not received any word back. For someone whose job title is recruiter she is not doing much recruiting. Very disappointing experience.

S	Stefo Ramsewak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied to a Bilingual role on Indeed, got contacted by Shannon, she conducted my interview, sent her some changes to add to my résume, was not fully transparent about job description, kept calling calling to get an update left many vms with no response, and sent follow up emails with no response from her. Called the second day, after a few attempts, she responded advised that the client did not get back to her (keeping in mind that i was not too sure if she presented my profile to the client yet) she then proceeded to say well you know what the client wont proceed with your application when she initially said at the beginning of the conversation she did not hear back from the client. herself also said the customer were not looking for expérience but since I said i had the experience she said it would be an asset. So dissapointed in this service, will take my businesses elsewhere.

If an issue arises about the hours that you are working Adecco will side with their client and not back you up at all. This is not the sort of company I desire to work for! I have dealt with much better and will continue too! Good bye Adecco ?

I received some of the best customer service ever from Megan. Megan was able to secure me a job directly in my field in under 2 weeks!! Megan helped ensure that all the needed Information was accurate as well as any questions that I had were answered. Adecco is a fantastic organization! Great customer support from beginning to end of the process. Once again thank you Megan for going the extra mile at every stage of my quick job hunt. I am so excited to start my new contract! I will make sure to recommend this branch to anyone I know who is looking for a job wholeheartedly.
