★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen a more disorganized lab. If people must make appointments, then please do not say you offer walk ins. The system in place isn’t working, staff is completely unhelpful. People waiting for hours. I was there for a 2 hour test (which had to be done at a LifeLabs) and watched patients become so frustrated at the lack of direction. Staff shrugs it off. People left waiting in cubicles. I will avoid LifeLabs whenever possible in the future. Go to Dynacare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to get my 3 year olds urine sample done - which should be an in/out thing, and the lady doing the screening at the front seemed so rude. It was an hour until closing (she mentioned it was a problem that I came because of this) and at one point I ended up asking if I should just go somewhere else, and she just ignored me - I was so confused over what was going on and all the random comments. I normally go to dynacare but came here because out doctors office lost his last sample and it was urgent to check on his kidney functions. I’d rather drive further to go to our usual spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at this location run like clockwork! I was so impressed how quickly and efficiently they processed so many walk ins. I was 1 of 30 plus walk ins. I was in and out in less then 40 min and I was near the end of the line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need to get my blood checked every 2 weeks. I’ve gone to this location for the past 3 years. All the staff work very hard and they were always doing their best to get you done and out. I really appreciated their professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have absolutely no idea why this Center has so many negative reviews. My wife and I landed here today for our blood work and the experience was amazing. We were in and out in about 30 mins. Staff are very professional, courteous and there was actually no queue even though we walked in. Plenty of free parking in the premises, a gas station and Tim Hortons right besides it adds to the good experience. Only thing I would mention for improvement is signage, it is little tricky to locate it if you are approaching it from king street. It is actually facing Park Rd S. Keep up the good work!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loveeee this place!!! <3 staff are wonderful and super nice!! I'm there so often they know who I am now haha :) the one lady is so so cool good at taking blood I've never felt the pinch!! She is wonderful sweet kind and so caring <3 every single one of the staff members are so awesome :') if u had a bad experience there, chances are u made it that way! Sorry...haha...great place will forever go there not even nervous anymore thanks again for a great experience <3
