Went in for my Panorama blood test on Saturday. I came as a walk-in. The clinic opens at 1015, got there at 945. Waited in line, for 30 minutes, the lady who came to get my req and HC looked over the form and told me to wait. Then, another lady informed me they don't do the test on Saturdays as they don't have a courier. First off, that is not indicated on the form, and secondly, if the first lady had just told me that when she saw my form I wouldn't have wasted so much time. NOT IMPRESSED!!!! Edit** contacted life labs head office and they told me that they DO, in fact, do the test on Saturdays and couriers are available on the weekends!!

Amazing service, the lab technicians are so kind and hard working. Everyone made sure patients were seen as quickly as possible while being professional and efficient.

I had a really great experience today. Blood work is always a scary thing for me but it was made very easy and simple by the technician Arlene. I would always prefer this location.

Worst place ever for blood test.very unprofessional staff. I am 30 weeks pregnant and they don't care if I stand in line for an hour.the staff is busy with talking to each other and talking to clients for more than half an hour.it doesn't look like a life Lab but more look like a party hall. Staff doesn't really care about you; for them you can actually go to hell they won't care about you. I will never ever come back here for my test and I will never recommend no one to come here and waste thier time.

I am so disappointed. I booked an appointment almost 4 weeks ago for Easter Monday and I even got a reminder email two days before my appointment. I show up today and the building is closed. I called no answer. I finally got through to customer service and she tried calling then called the manager and no answer. I took a day off work to get my blood work done and it wasn't even open. I am so disappointed. The lady on the phone felt so bad but there was nothing she could do. This is why I don't go to Life labs. Always disappointed with their service. Why would you let me book an appointment if you knew it would be closed. They wasted my time.

My experience was poor. I visited the clinic a few weeks ago and the staff made a mistake and the wrong test was done. I had to return today to redo the test correctly. I explained the situation about the mistake to one of the nurses who was at the receptionist desk at the time and was dismissed and treated disrespectfully (she responded with her back turned to me "well, hopefully it doesn't happen again", then waved me away with her hand). When it was my turn to redo the test, the same mistake was about to happen again, and the wrong test was about to be administered. Luckily, another one of the staff members noticed that they made a mistake again, and asked for the right one. The fact that the first mistake was rudely dismissed, and they were about to make a second mistake just demonstrates poor training and lack of responsibility. With the exception of the nurse that identified the mistake, and ensured it was done correctly, I was displeased with my experience. If you're visiting this location, please take note and be informed.

I cannot believe the wait time for this lab….. I began lining up at 09:30 am (outside) with only 9 people ahead of me. A lady came out periodically and stated they are short staffed today and the wait time should be about an hour or so! In an hour and a half, only two people were called in. At the two hour mark, several people dropped out because it was too cold and windy. After another hour standing in the cold wind, I finally made it inside the building only to see there were five people waiting in the hallway. At the three hour mark, I get called to sit down at a cubicle. Three staff members were walking around and chatting with each other…… another five to ten minute wait! Finally…… I am tended to! Barely three minutes later, I get to leave! A three hour wait for a three minute procedure doesn’t seem logical! Am I missing something? Where is the sense of urgency in doing ones job??? No wonder nothing ever gets done! People’s work habits need to drastically change! I gave the rating a 1-Star…… but in actuality, it deserves a negative 3. Never again will I have my blood work done here and I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone! A HUGE THUMBS DOWN!

Had a walk in appointment today. Was greeted by a lovely young Indian girl who was very polite and professional. The tech that took my blood, a black lady with black and red hair treated me very kindly and was able to collect blood on the 2nd try. It is not easy to find veins on me so she is very talented and skilled to get it. Thanks ladies, you're doing wonderful ?
