M	Mags “Mags” S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An hour wait for blood work, too pushy for online appointment booking. They need more staff not just 2 technicians that are constantly running back and forth. Waiting room small and uncomfortable.

I went early morning when they open so there wasn’t a huge lineup and both times it was walk-in. So I am happy as I was able to get bloodwork done without appointment.

What’s the purpose of booking appointment if you don’t respect it. Facilities like this should be reported to provincial bodies so that they have respect to people’s time. I would love to hear back from the management of this facility, seriously this is completely ridiculous.

I miss the times when it was first come first serve, because it was a lot quicker and way less complicated trying to accommodate all the different types of patients. Prepare to wait at least 2 hours if you're a walk-in and good luck getting a good, pre-booked appointment. The nurses are very efficient and kind though. I feel bad they have to deal with all the complications. I'll even forgive the one who openly ranted about a request my doctor put on my form the last time I was here. She was likely extremely stressed out.

As I entered, I became so depressed and needed to escape with my life. How does our health system allow this clinic to operate. I will never return here This site must be shut down. I have already reported to the offices of Mr Ryan Turnbull.
A	Anna Holub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too long to wait to get tested and it is extremely stressful to do blood work with a baby at place like this. Not experienced nurses. I have a trauma after visiting this place. And one more lesson learned! Do not go to places low rated. Nothing can compensate my bad experience. I need time to recover now.
