★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like Whitby location! Very clean, tidy and the staff are super respectful and helpful as well! Except for one staff worked on customer service counter and I purchased $113.65 on August 10/21, she is far too rude
I hope in the future she gets prober training to improved how to handle the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talize is a private company that is a thrift store specialist. I was amazed by how much clothing they had for women,men and kids. It was clearly laid out and very well organized. They also sell accessories ,books videos etc. this is a great store for the thrifters shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving it a 3 star, they are awesome, but the price inconsistencies is shocking. Will add a photo, of a dollarama item that still have the price on it for $3 from dollarama, and they are selling it at Talize for $4.99 - the shocking part is how close the two tags are to each other

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely clean and well organized. Go here for clothes, and Value Village for home goods. The selections of home goods is more sparse here, but the clothing assortment is huge and well laid out by type, size, and colour. Also, great prices. Check out my phonies for more detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great donation experience this morning. The donations fellow was welcoming and pleasant. We chatted for a moment about the types of items I have to donate, as I downsize, and he was positive about how Talize can use all of them. Very helpful. I will donate here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a large, well managed clothing sections. Electronics is way down. But if you need a small porcelain trinket, lots of those! Forgot seniors discount and went back to ask to get it was rudely told "you'll have to remember next time" when there's no reminders at the cash. Then told "no we'd have to do a refund then repurchase". Yes so?
