Whitby Community This Family owned and run is 100% what we need. It is located between WhiteOaks Shoppers drug Mart at Maquay Bulavard and Dundas street West and the other guys at 220 Dundas (Pharmasave) And we all have had that awful experience with both pharmacy's from being treated like a number, you can actually be feel you picking up your medicine is a burden on them., To insane dispensing charges and an army of the same misrable employees to whom you see almost weekly but behavior like a robot probably because the poor workers are worked to the bone it's impossible for them to remember us. Either was whatever your experience I am shouting out Dana's Pharmacy to become your new pharmacy's. Its a similar feel to a Mama and Papa shop, where the Pharmacist Ali, is clearly on a different level, his positive attitude in contagious and once our family got more and more familiar with Ali, it was obvious that this Man and Wife team truly believe in building lifelong relationships with their customers. I intend to be one of those people, knowing I'm dealing with people not a corporate who only care about how much they can sell sell sell, My health and families health has become more clearly understood because Ali explains everything I've always wondered but felt silly asking or do didn't want to take up anyone's time., At Dana's Pharmacy I've become a participant in my mental, physical and emotional health because Ali explains A-Z and encourages goals and want his customers to know what they are putting in their bodies. I Support local businesses in Durham Region. And Dana's Pharmacy is and always will be our home Pharmacy. I have donated many items to this worthy cause. But I dropped a mattress off and box spring today. I realized it was closed but placed it under the protection from the elements. I was immediately yelled at by a gentleman working inside and told I can't leave it.for which I apologized. He then proceeded to confirm my plate like I was doing a crime. This fella needs to learn respect.

Drove a long way to drop off clothes and they are closed. Please change your online info to indicate you are closed (still says its open as of May 20, 2021)

This is the best place to find all kinds of very cheap clothes. The people who work there are very friendly. Thank you.

This store has experienced a few changes in the past year. It has become better organized and the donation area is cleaner and more carefully monitored. I would recommend that you call prior to donating to ensure that they will accept all of your items. Prices are fairly reasonable but again they pull out all of the popular vinyl for auction while their on-floor selection grows dusty.

The staff and volunteers in this location are amazing. The Manager Brenda is kind and fair. So many volunteers give of their time and go above and beyond to keep this store running well. Great selection of items include clothing, household items and books. You can not beat the prices. Everything is affordable. Visit regularly for the best selection. Great for Christmas or seasonal decor. Amazing jewelry sorted by an amazing volunteer who ensures the jewelry is in working order and of good quality. A hidden Whitby gem!!!
