B	Brandon Lynchock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast assistance (usually Im in and out in about 60 min) very helpful staff, paid parking but only $3/hr which isnt horrible. Attached pharmacy makes life easy!

I had an appt booked at another clinic, but when I saw the wait time at that location was 100 minutes and the wait time at this clinic was 6 minutes, I decided to cancel the appointment and go here as a walk in instead. I checked in online and when I arrived had 0 wait time. The tech who helped me was very fast and spot on with the blood withdrawal, barely felt it. Very clean/ nice location, very professional, very friendly staff! FYI it is paid parking!

Even though you check-in online before arrival and if it says 15 mins wait-time, one still have to wait at least approximately 1hr before u can be done and out. The staffs works at a very slow pace, lack of friendliness...lack of cleanliness. I've witnessed staff use the same gloves that they had on while walking around the lab, touching surfaces, paperworks etc and kept the same gloves on while drawing blood. I know this is an independent lab at the clinic...However, with everything that is going on in the world these days, cleanliness is even more important than before. It's appears there is a lack of professionalism and certainly no respect for patients time and safety. They need a better Management system and consistency at this lab.

She is such an expert and they way she even handled my daughter with such calmness. I think the whole team itself is amazing. These ladies were so quick and efficient, with the number of patients coming in they were trying to serve everyone as quick as possible in a very efficient manner.
D	Donna-Marie Chambers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wednesday January 12, 2022 The staff was great. I came dressed for a line-up, but that wasn't the case. Was in and out in less than 1/2hr. The lady that took my blood (colour lady) was well trained. The needle didn't even hurt and I hate needles. The conversation was good as she took my blood. Definitely will be back. ???
J	Jeffrey Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So glad we chose to have blood work for our 6 year old done here. Walked in today and didn’t have too long of a wait. Staff was friendly. But the best part was how nice the lady was who took my daughter’s blood. She told a funny story about her dog which calmed my daughter down and my daughter didn’t even cry or flinch at having blood taken. They gave her some stickers after and there wasn’t even any bruising at the site where blood was taken. Will definitely return to this location. Thank you!
