M	Megan Heywood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very deep and difficult veins, most nurses take at least 30 minutes and attempt multiple times before getting any blood. Alison was amazing, took her time and got it on the first try for the first time in my life! I'm so impressed and never going to anyone else!

m	mishal saeed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disorganized location, arrived at 1:05pm for my appointment at 1:10pm and waited over 40 min for a simple blood test. Patients who arrived after me and had later appointments were finished before I was (it seemed like they did not have a proper registration process in place). Blamed the wait time on "computers and printers being slow". Lack of empathy and rude customer service towards elderly patients as well. On top of that, they had the WRONG email listed on their website to send over digital requistions and did not bother to update their website at all. Personal information being sent over to an unknown address is unnerving to say the least and the staff at Lifelabs are unapologetic about the possibility of security compromises due to their negligence. Will be contacting your head office shortly as well.

j	joe domingues on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganized and no regard for appointments time. Arrived early for my appointment and was told to wait while they looked for my requisition. While they then served other customers for 30 minutes. They then spent 2 minutes looking for my requisition and said they could not find it. More like they were to busy now to keep really look. Waste of time going there.
S	Slept king on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one woman who is EXTREMELY rude every time I'm in there, not just to me, but to other patients as well. Heading in there again within the next few weeks, and if I have the same experience I had multiple times before, I'm going to be contacting LifeLabs corporate to voice a complaint. Competency and compassion/manners should go hand in hand, people shouldn't be hired on just competency alone. If you can't speak to people without being condescending and annoyed, then you shouldn't be working at a place that deals with people who have medical conditions.
