★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not had the chance to even step into the clinic to visit any of the professionals and Ive already had a terrible experience.
I called the center to gather more information on fees and services and was left with a receptionist who answered with I do not know, I am not sure, I am not aware and was totally rude. Please appoint staff that are knowledgeable in the area of mental health or at least provide them with training on phone etiquette and how to talk to potential customers or clients.
The receptionist was awful who had absolutely no knowledge of what was even posted on their website.
