I've been trying for days to even get a phone appt - the machines says they are on another call or away from their desk to call back for an appt --- DAYS OF CALLING AND THE SAME THING!!!!! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY 7 YR OLD WITH A BLADDER INFECTION

Worst clinic I have ever seen. They never answer their phone. They do not contact you. They do not email you crucial information or requisitions. They have made ridiculous errors. I do not know how they have not been shut down.

Ok, this is just a badly run clinic. I love that the answering machine says to not leave a message but to call back later... Because I have all the time in the world to keep calling 15 times in one day until you answer. Do you realize that other clinics not only 1. communicate by email and 2. have online booking? They have also messed up my blood reqs I was supposed to receive and referrals I was supposed to get. Unfortunately, Durham region seems to have a doctor shortage because I want to get out of here as quickly as I can but no luck yet. I think what this place really needs is a few bright young admin people who can introduce modern practices and get this place moving in the right direction... The doctors are nice if you can ever actually get to one but good luck with that.

The receptionists here are extremely rude, uncaring, dont understand the need of the situation and we have even heard them mock at us on the phone while telling us that the doctor is not available. Not sure if they even book an appointment because even after booking an appointment, you dont get a call from the doctor. The receptionist are prompt in blaming you if you were unable to pick a call but that can happen when the doctor does not call you at the scheduled time. But the worst is when the doctors dont pay heed to your medical history and do proactive tests to prevent the problem instead of dealing with the problem when it occurs. Because the doctor here did not take a proactive approach, i ended up in the hospital and had to go through a surgery. Definitely would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I am not sure how such clinics are granted permission to operate. My daughter was not feeling well, called several times, left voice messages seeking an urgent appointment but got no reply. It's the worst clinic I've ever seen in the neighborhood.

Exemplary quality of services. They have undergone a major renovation, have a broad range of practitioners & lots of new equipment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new doctor, pediatrician or even a cosmetic spa.

This clinic is an absolute disgrace to the healthcare world. I am new to the area and a new patient to this clinic. I have only visited for my baby’s vaccine’s. On a few occasions I have come across some issues with my baby. When calling to speak with or make an appointment for Dr Athar, I have had the experience of the Admin diagnosing me and my infant over the phone. They are very quick to diagnose and tell you to go somewhere else. Usually the Hospital (Which in turn will also send you home if it’s not COVID related) Instead of talking to my Doctor, they make it impossible to reach out. I have never come across such an unprofessional, dismissive, and lack of empathy from any doctor or staff. I am downright shocked at the level of care. Also- the doctor herself unfortunately has also dismissed a question I had about referring me to a pelvic floor physiotherapist in the area since I’m new. She said to make an appointment because the appointment I was there for was for my son. I didn’t know I had to make another visit just to ask her such a question. Being a new mom herself, I thought she would be more compassionate about my condition. Never have I felt so unimportant when talking to a healthcare professional. This place lacks empathy, compassion, and patience. They don’t want to relate, or even listen. Very sad since this profession is exactly everything I just mentioned. Instead this clinic is just a business!! Will not be going back. Thanks.

Receptionist Julie has got to go. Of the 5+ times I’ve interacted with her, she’s been rude and unprofessional. She’s quick to give attitude where attitude isn’t necessary and has no problem talking down on the doctors who have been there longer than she ever has. I’ve been a patient for over 20 years, and have NEVER dealt with someone like her. As someone said below, great doctors, terrible staff.
