★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend got knee surgery and is immobile, so I had to go pick up his prescriptions. I was the only person there and it took well over 30 minutes for me to get the prescription filled. I was not informed of the side effect of constipation for the prescription of painkillers. As a result my boyfriend is in extreme pain, only reason we figured out it was constipation was by our own research.
As well they were not able to fully fill the prescription the first time. When I went to pick up the rest, after being called, no one was there. The front desk was empty, with no bell to ring I called out and no one came.
