Ordered a Donair pizza, a Donair, and fries with gravy, along with an extra tzatiki side. I got everything but the gravy. Then the pita that held my Donair was crumbling apart and difficult to eat,and the meat was not as cooked although the flavour was good. Pizza was good but near the middle the dough was underdone. I was hungry so I threw the pizza in the oven some more and ate it, but I am disappointed after hearing many great reviews - not sure if I want to give them another chance. EDIT: management reached out to me, apologized for the experience and rectified this with a duplicate order free of charge. They also explained their cheese supplier closed down so their pizzas sometimes come out wonky. Order was correct and everything was good. Pizza was still a bit undercooked but popping it in the oven is no big deal! Very happy with the service and the flavors, they just need time to tweak their pizzas with a new cheese I guess. Will be going back again

The staff are very friendly. The restaurant is cleaned and very well managed. If you want to feel at home while enjoying a meal, I highly recommend this restaurant.

If you're looking for a restaurant, this location is definitely one to consider. I would highly recommend the meat-lover's calzone. Very filling, and at lunch a mere $11! I'm a big fellow, so I don't just say that on account of a small stomach. The one thing I'd probably not do is order out (delivery). It's... kinda middling. The best experience is hands-down pick up or eat-in.

I’m just one old man but I just can’t help myself! I always stay in the same hotel and the guy remembers me every time! It’s creepy! But the service is excellent. It’s really the main reason I come here. I have a problem. I know. Yes fine! So I just ordered another! Don’t be all judgy! I’m waiting patiently. Thought I’d fool them by switching hotels but nope, still delivered in under an hour. Service is unreal! In the morning I’ll wake up cold and ashamed with pizza sauce up my nose, BUT! if I’m lucky, there’s one piece left…. Best pizza in the province! For a great price! DO IT!!!!!!

We decided to order pizza, which I immediately suggested Royal Pizza because we enjoy the chicken wings from there and we've ordered other food off the menu when we dine in and the pizza arrived looking like it had been tossed around in the box and it was covered in grease, literally grease all over everything. To my surprise within a half hour of posting this review, Bill reached out to us by phone and really took the matter seriously. His level of care for his customers is amazing. I truly appreciate how swift he wanted to resolve and agreed that he'd never seen a pizza box that greasy before, and it was not acceptable or to his standards. If you dine in, you can see the pride they take in the restaurant's appearance so this was completely out of character. I will definitely continue to support this location, and enjoy many date nights to come there.
