They are super nice and very cooperative . this center has everything from acupuncture to foot health. I recommend the united medical center on 109th oh and did i mention they are sanitary !

I asked if he was not a registered pharmacist as it seemed odd and now know I should not have asked as we refused to allow me to pay and took prescription back and was shouting at me about insurance companies not paying him and he dosnt use them. Strange, poor and almost fraudulent service. This place needs to be investigated.

Asked why the stopped a medication that was essential to his breathing. They told me it was short term and they didn't have a refill. I asked did they call the Dr. They said no. I also mentioned it is not up to them to determine if it's a med that's used for short or long term. So they ran out of a refill for an essential medication. Did not seek the doctor's renewal. And then dismissed me on the phone. Their doctor was made aware. Completely unacceptable.

I have a prescription from Dr. Rao's office which is a specialized dermatologist located on the 3rd floor of this same building. They told me to use this pharmacy because they are the ones who carry this prescription (and others they deal with). The prescription is something I need to have and bring back to Dr. Rao for a procedure. I called here to get information about the pricing, how early I need to order the prescription etc. The man was completely rude. He would not tell me the price! Told me he didn't have the product and that he didn't know when it would be back. I tried to ask a few more questions because without the information I may or may not book the procedure. That I needed to know the price and if it is covered by my insurance etc. He started to yell at me! Saying it's not his problem and that he didn't care about my insurance. He then told me he didn't have time to talk about this and hung up! What the actual...?! I will NOT be doing business here and will be letting Dr. Rao know about this terrible service. Now, I don't know where to get the prescription as I've called everywhere else and no one carries it. I did read the other terrible reviews....and they are true. 1st hand experience. Total, complete, jerk.?

The questions I have asked about my prescriptions have always been professionally answered. I have also used the them for both COVID-19 vaccine shots, and will be soon getting my booster. I will continue to use this pharmacy.
