The process is quick and efficient that I never had a problem with delays in appointment times. Definitely I will recommend this place to my friends and family members!

Easy to make appointments and is on time 99% of the visits. I enjoy having other doctors at my disposal. Had me in to see shoulder surgeon within weeks and has followed my injury closely. Highly recommend!!

When you have your other half living with you they won't even help you to do anything she's the one that has to call in she's the one for there and all I was looking for is a receipt not her medical records and they won't even give me that so yeah I don't rate this very high I rate it more as a zero for customer service. Not really a good company to go see and Dr Han is not a very good doctor to go see either because he pawns it off to other people cuz he can't deal with things and he does lie about things cuz we caught him.

Stare at you completely emotionless with no visible concern or thought process into giving you Solutions with any questions you give them. Example what do I do if I run out of my prescription and I can’t see the doctor right away? They stare at u. WOW. I actually had to interrupt and calm a woman who was getting quite angry and distraught with the receptionist-who is almost being smug in silent blank look. I mentioned that she could ask the pharmacist for an extension of it was very important medication? when I asked one of them to fax a prescription for me- she went and got on the phone? So I asked the other one would you do it? and she said angrily “ well do you want me or her to do it “ ?!? I said whoever’s free! Wow It’s like these people actually get annoyed at having to do their job
S	Sarah Fenerty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will start by saying that I normally don't give bad reviews, but this isn't worth the time wasted to visit this clinic. Had an appointment booked for 10am, and was never seen as we had to leave at 11:30 for another appointment at noon - hour and a half for nothing. We were seeing Dr. Han - who is one of the FEW doctors accepting new patients, but it's just not worth it. I'm sure there are other clinics that are just as busy but are running a lot smoother than this clinic. I was then told by another patient that this was typical for this clinic, and her first visit she was made to wait 2 hours before being seen. I get a wait if it's a walk in appointment, but there should be NO reason to not be seen within 30 mins of said appointment time. Also, I feel so bad for the young receptionist, as she had a complete meltdown at the front desk, due to being so stressed out. Clearly isn't a very supportive working environment. Or she's dealing with personal stuff, but I have only experienced behavior like this when not being treated well in said working environment. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

But this clinic should provide some customer service training for the receptionist. The girls are so unprofessional. They provided the worst customer service I have ever had. Every time I called to book an appointment or confirmed whether lab result received, I felt I need to beg them for an answer.
N	NBS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly busy clinic with long wait times for booked appointments. Dr Han is a very thorough and patient doctor. The pharmacy that is located inside the clinic is incredibly efficient and they have great customer service. Unfortunately the receptionist it's not the friendliest but she gets the job done.

I had a terrible experience seeing a family doctor who got walk-ins: more than two hours waiting, although I booked three weeks ahead. Dr. William Han Was accepting new patients. I book an appointment with a four-week wait. I thought this doctor would be on time as my former doctor: in and out within 20 minutes. I was wrong. I waited outside for five minutes. I was brought into a room and waited for ten minutes. Then a student doctor came in by herself and asked me many questions. She told me straight to my face that I was fat. That was an insult to me. I am on medications that make me the way I am. After this, I waited for over an hour, and then Dr. Han came in. He had a cell phone on his doctor’s coat, broadcasting news while talking and asking me questions. This was not professional at all. After the first visit, I was supposed to come back for a physical exam. I did not come back. I do NOT recommend Dr. Han to anyone at all. I would give negative five stars if I could. The place looked shady and outdated.
