M	Mabrur Bari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctors, they definitely know what they are doing. The place is also clean and modern. BUT it is almost impossible to get a hold of the front desk. You can't leave a voicemail, and after 5-10 minutes of automated messages the call simply disconnects. This is obviously a major inconvenience if you want to book in for an appointment or follow-up for a previous one. In conclusion, unreliable clinic.
D	Diana Abdulhameed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Alhumaid is not professional at all when it comes to follow-ups. I’ve been reaching out to him for 3 months to book a lab test and he is ignoring my notes. I did all the work call g the lab and asking about the requirements, all I need from him to to book my lab test since it needs to be booked by the doctor not the patient. Annoying and frustrating attitude. He is careless about his patients!
d	d n (D) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dr but the absolute worst front staff. Never answer the phones. When they do they are short and rush you off the phone. Have called 7 times today with no answering. Absolutly horrible front end service. They need to invest in an answering service or more staff!!

D	Donna Andre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to get through on the phone to actually make an appointment is an extreme test of patience. I have ended up going to a walk in clinic to get help on a few occasions after not being able to get through. Dr. Shami is great if you can get in to see her.
W	Westford a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The other day, I went to Magna medical clinic. I had an appointment with Dr. Farhat, and after a 40 minute delay, I went to see him. Now, a 40 minute delay is fine usually, but the appointment was just 5 mins. My previous doctor, who just retired, had appointments for 30 mins with me. Dr. Farhat just asked a couple questions and the appointment was over. When I called them, about scheduling a future appointment I was told that the doctor didn't want to see me!

I have been in severe pelvic/abdominal pain and unable to keep any food or liquids down for the past week. I was very clear with the doctor how severe thus is as it is not getting any better. I went for a urine test and a couple ultrasounds. Went in to discuss the results with him and he didn't even know who I was or what I was there for. Didn't even tell me my urine test results and I had to ask how my kidney ultrasound looks and he didn't even know I got one. So he clearly didn't even look at the results until I was sitting in front of him and he just glanced at them saying my kidneys are fine. He also sent a referral to a gynecologist but failed to mention the severity of my symptoms which he was supposed to mention so they would push me ahead. I will be getting a second opinion of my results from a hopefully reliable and female doctor. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Does not take you seriously and just wants a paycheque. Dr. Farhat.
S	Shaun J. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phones can be busy sometimes but the front desk staff are incredibly respectful and polite. Dr. Farhat is one of the most patient doctors I have dealt with in the city; he really listens to you and cares for his patients.
